Carlos lleva 25 años en prisión. Nos comparte su experiencia dentro del sistema penitenciario mexicano, durante los violentos años en el Topo Chico hasta la relativa calma actual en Cadereyta.
Con una mirada cruda y sincera, Carlos revela cómo sobrevivió a motines sangrientos, la corrupción institucionalizada y un sistema que lo obligó a adaptarse para mantenerse con vida.
Antes de su detención, trabajaba como contratista en grandes eventos y conciertos, incluyendo los de Luis Miguel y Aerosmith. Hoy, desde su trabajo en la tienda del área médica, reflexiona sobre lo que más le duele: perder los momentos importantes en la vida de sus tres hijos, que eran apenas unos niños cuando fue encarcelado.
