El caso de Israel Vallarta, libre después de 20 años, nos obliga a reflexionar sobre una realidad dolorosa que vivo día a día defendiendo inocentes.
Te voy a contar la historia de Dulce Belem Sánchez Castañeda, una mujer que lleva años pagando por un crimen que nunca cometió. Fue torturada, abusada sexualmente, perdió a sus gemelas por la violencia que sufrió, y aún así el sistema la condenó a 69 años de prisión. ¿Cómo es posible que en pleno 2025 sigamos permitiendo estas injusticias?
En esta columna analizo cómo el debido proceso se ha convertido en letra muerta, cómo se montan escenas para los medios y cómo miles de inocentes siguen tras las rejas sin voz ni recursos para defenderse. No podemos seguir confundiendo justicia con espectáculo.
