Agi Keramidas (00:04):
Welcome to Personal Development mastery
podcast episode 519 Today'sepisode is a little different. I
want to take a moment, or a fewmoments, to say, thank you, not
just broadly to everyone wholistens to the show, but

(00:27):
personally to those of you whohave taken the time to reach
out, connect and share yourreflections with me. It means
more to me than you realise. Soin this episode today, I want to
acknowledge four listeners who Irecently had conversations with

(00:54):
and briefly share what stood outfrom my conversations with them
and the first person I spokewith in this series of listener
conversations was Laura. Laurashared how she listens while
running and how the variety ofguests keeps the content

(01:19):
relevant to her changing moodsand energy. She also encouraged
the idea of creating in personevents around the podcast, which
is something that I amconsidering. So Laura, thank you
for our conversation and alsofor your LinkedIn. Post about

(01:45):
the podcast, I appreciate you,and the second listener I want
to acknowledge is Karen. Karenis a former psychotherapist and
interior designer, and she spokebeautifully about how she
connects with the podcast on arelational level. She said she

(02:11):
values the vulnerability in theconversations, and she
particularly enjoyed the episodeI recently did with alexan
Filippo, Karen reminded me ofhow powerful it is to be
authentic, to be present and toexpress clearly, and she even

(02:35):
bravely shared her desire of oneday being a guest on the show,
Karen, thank you for ourconversation. Thank you for
opening up. Thank you forsharing your insights, and also
for being a long standinglistener of the podcast. I

(02:59):
appreciate you. Then I willacknowledge TR. Tr discovered me
through Chapter X podcast, whereI went as a guest a few months
ago. My conversation with TR wasdeep and reflective. He spoke
about transitioning out of along career in sales and

(03:25):
redefining his purpose postretirement, as he said, even
though he said that the wordretirement does not necessarily
fit what he wants to do and whatothers, many others, want to do
after their official job, shallwe say? Ends. TR, even shared

(03:50):
his personal mission statement, which is creating connection for
the well being of others. What abeautiful intention. Tr, thank
you for reaching out. Iappreciate you. And then I also
want to acknowledge Harris, whowe didn't speak on Zoom, like I

(04:17):
did with Laura, Karen and TR,but Harris sent me a simple but
powerful reflection. He said helistens to a lot of self
development content, includingthis podcast, but he struggles
with turning that knowledge intoconsistent action. And isn't

(04:42):
that something many of us relateto? That challenge of applying
what we learn, of turninginsight into consistent action.
As a matter of fact, this issomething I'm very passionate
about, and it's also one of themain focuses of the one to one

(05:08):
mentoring and coaching. Workthat I do, helping others bridge
that gap between knowing anddoing, it is a recurring theme
that I often notice in myconversations, coming back to my
reflections from the listenersof personal development mastery,

(05:34):
these conversations havereminded me why I do this, not
just To share insights, to shareactionable wisdom, but to build
connection, to be part of yourjourney, and to offer space for
meaningful conversations. If youare listening now and you've

(06:00):
ever thought about reaching out,I'd love to hear from you,
whether it is to share yourstory, your challenge, to ask
about mentoring, or just to sayhello, it would mean the world
to me. Closing off this episodetoday to Laura, Karen TR and

(06:25):
Harris, thank you and to everylistener you are listening right
now. So thank you for beinghere, for showing up to your own
growth and for letting me be apart of it until next time stand
out don't fit in.
