Hans, I'm delighted to have youwith me today.

Hans Wilhelm (02:31):
Thank you for inviting me. Agi. I'm really
thrilled. I'm happy to meet you,and let's see where this our
conversation will take us,

Agi Keramidas (02:39):
indeed, and even though the let's say, the main
focus that I have beforehandwould be regarding listening to
our social messages and perhapsraising our vibration, rather
than doing the opposite.
However, I will start withsomething more general or more

(03:02):
broad. In the beginning, youhave spent decades, you know,
exploring, as you say, life'sbiggest questions, where we come
from, what is our purpose, youknow, where we're going. Would
you share with us one truth thathas completely shifted your day

(03:25):
to day experience of life?

Hans Wilhelm (03:30):
Well, one is difficult to pick, but one of us
is, I think, very important, that we are eternal, that we
exist forever, that we are notof this world, but only in this
world. This is only a very shortvisit here of roughly 24,000
days. Our lifetime is here, fromlifetime to lifetime,

(03:50):
reincarnation does exist, and atthe end, we will all return back
to our homeland, the absolutereality, where we will be back
in bliss and happiness, where wealso once came from. It is not
for me as grows from being anape man, an ape man or
neanderthaler to throw the go tospirited person. We have been
this wonderful, angelic beingbefore we have, unfortunately,

(04:13):
through selfishness, removedourselves from that state of
being or that frequency, and nowwe have to just return back and
for that, we are giving theschool of life here on planet
Earth, where we continuouslyencounter situations which we
may wish, we may want, toovercome, and always with love
and compassion andunderstanding, because that's

(04:35):
what we have to relearn again, basically to love. That's in a
short way I can add more, but

Agi Keramidas (04:45):
no, you actually are giving me now so many things
that I can pick from, but what Iwill ask a question that came to
me initially when we said abouteternal someone who. Let's say,
understands intellectually, mentally, that, yes, I do

(05:05):
believe that there is life, andthen another life, and then we
go back and we come to thisplanet as a school, as you said.
However, if one only understandsthat intellectually and has not
really experienced it in someway. It is a little bit, or very

(05:27):
much, I suppose, limiting. So Iwould like to ask, what would
you say to someone who you saidit is a big truth that we are
internal someone who, yes, hasthe mental knowledge, but not
nothing more than that. I hopemy question is,

Hans Wilhelm (05:49):
yeah, yeah, no, it's quite clear, yeah, I says,
and forget it. What I just said,it's not important for you to
believe in eternity and thatyour internal being, neither do
you lead to believe. And thereare many lifetimes that is not
important. What is important is,where are you right now? Are you
in a loving relationship toeverything around you? You're

(06:10):
basically here to learn love andto give love, and it doesn't
matter whether we eternal beingand whether you have many
lifetimes that all helps inunderstanding and also to
navigate through our lives here, but all we are asked to from
moment to moment in the here andnow, what is the most loving way
to deal with the presentsituation that are facing right

(06:32):
now, in this instance, like menow sitting here in front of
you, that is all I'm asked to doin the most loving way anything
else doesn't matter. And I dothis not because some God told
me that way, or somebodymentioned it, which they did,
but I do that because I feelbetter. Loving you makes me feel

(06:52):
better, hating you, dislikingyou, I get angry. I get upset.
So it's, in a way, in a selfishway, to love what I do, to love
the interaction, to lovewhatever comes my way, to
overcome it with love, insteadof with hatred, with animosity,
anger, etc. So I do that for avery practical reason. Love is

(07:16):
the only way forward and that wecan do from moment to moment,
and we don't have to believe inany spiritual stuff whatsoever.
We do this because we feelbetter when we do it.

Agi Keramidas (07:30):
Thank you when you You say it like that, a
loving relationship toeverything around you, people,
situations, things that we mightnot be like or might not be to
our expectations. You use theword love. Loving. For me, the

(07:50):
word that came up when you weresaying that was the word
acceptance. So I wanted to ask, what is there the distinction
between accepting this situationor any situation, or any thing
that happens and loving is is itin between stages? Is it two

(08:12):
different things? Is it onething?

Hans Wilhelm (08:15):
Acceptance is a good step in the right
direction, but in the end, wewill understand that even the
most negative situation was agift for us. Nothing happens in
life to us. Everything happensfor us. So yes, I do have this
horrible situation with my boss.
I do have going through adivorce. I lost all my money,
and this is not easy to love, but if you really firstly, do

(08:39):
the acceptance as this is whereI am, and now, what can I do
about it? And then, inretrospect, many years later,
many days later, maybe nextmoment real, Oh, thank God. I
got divorced from this moment. Ilost a job because I found
something better, etc. I lostthe money because I got
something else. We findafterwards that everything that
happened to us, was actually ablessing in disguise. We didn't

(09:01):
see it at a time we were upsetand angry. So in retrospect, we
can be loved. We can say lovingto that. I just remember a
friend of mine who takes care ofit, took care of her Alzheimer's
wife a long, long time, and whenshe died, he was totally
exhausted and so on. It was areal traumatic work for like any
caregiver. But he says, Iwouldn't miss this moment of my

(09:24):
life, because even if itexhausted me, I was totally
depleted of all energy. It was agift now to be able to say that
situation and that, compare thatto our disadvantages or problems
we have at the moment. Let'slook at them. Can it be that
what is happening to us, thisnegative situation, is actually

(09:45):
a gift from heaven, just wehaven't seen it yet, and we need
to digest it, work ourselvesthrough it, and then, when we
have the distance, we will seethat everything, absolutely
everything, is here to help.
Bus. Everything is medicine andeverything is here to bring us
home.

Agi Keramidas (10:08):
When you are looking at things in retrospect
and you realise that it's been agood thing or it happened for
the best in the end, that's onething. However, when we are in
the storm of that thinghappening, it takes a different

(10:30):
kind of the word Self beliefcomes to mind, or belief that
this situation is for. Thebetter, and in the future will
be better, or it is the andthat's because it's painful. It
takes us where we don't want togo or we don't expect. Is there

(10:56):
something one can do when theyfind themselves in a situation
that you won't do somethingabout it, or see it in a
different way now and not inretrospect afterwards, which you
will,

Hans Wilhelm (11:12):
yeah, now, let's look at it. What are the
situations which really, reallyupset us? It is always something
where something is workingdifferently or has worked out
differently than we hadexpected. There may be loss of
job, suddenly, divorce, etc, illness we didn't expect it, and
we are fighting with our all ourmight to bring the situation

(11:36):
closer to our expectation. Iwant to hold on to the job, onto
the partner, etc. It says, sothis is where the struggle is.
The pain is that we are notwilling to accept the new
situation, and therefore all oursuffering comes from unfulfilled
expectations. But life doesn'tcare about our expectations.

(11:59):
Life gives us what is right forus. So there was a book written
meant in the 60s by Ken keys, the handbook of happiness. And
he gave a wonderful suggestion.
He says, change all yourexpectations into Preferences,
and you take the sting out ofthem. He says, I would have
preferred to get my job, but Iwill now do whatever is kings. I

(12:21):
would have preferred to staymarried. I would have preferred
to have that money the moment wecan honestly say I prefer it
versus it must be the way I wantit, or my ego wants it,
suddenly, a lot of weight, a lotof tension, will disappear, and
we will be more open to face thenew situation. So let's look at

(12:42):
whatever it is to your listener, anybody can ask, what is it?
What really upsets me right nowand occupies my mind over and
over again? If I truly can say,all right, this was my
unfulfilled expectations, butnow I would have preferred if it
would have gone the other way, wouldn't it feel much easier and
better to solve because lifedoes not care what we expect.

(13:06):
Our expectations are usuallyprogrammes which we have picked
up from our childhood. These arejust only things which we
learned. You have to getmarried, you have to get a good
job, you have to get healthy.
Name, name, all this stuff whichupset us so much. These are all
programmes which we learn fromour teachers, from our parents,
from the environment they werenever really ours in the first

(13:29):
place. We all, in a way, otherpeople, because we have taken
over all the stuff from otherpeople, and we have never really
questioned it. Can we really nowquestion keeping that job, is it
really such a good idea? Is it?
Could there be something openingfor something new? So by
questioning our expectations, wemay also question all our

(13:50):
beliefs and says, where do theyreally come from? Do they really
come from me, or is it maybe myfather's men kind of energy
still in this one, or mymother's or my grandparents, or
the religious release here. Andso what I have to do? So let's
look at that one as well. Butthe key element, I think, the
first step is, as you say, acceptance. But we can do it

(14:12):
much easier if we change ourpreference of how we think life
should have gone expectationinto a preference.

Agi Keramidas (14:22):
That is indeed a very powerful reframing. Even
the two words the preference andexpectation they have so much,
even though the end goal is thesame, the way that they approach
it is very different, verydifferent energy. So I think
that's a very powerful way ofreframing and looking at

(14:43):
situations, so I appreciatesharing that with us. Hans, is
there a next step fromacceptance to loving to actually
loving the situation?

Hans Wilhelm (14:58):
Well, the tool I'm using and. This is, of course,
it's dependent whether otherpeople are willing to I realise
that I'm never alone, ever. Irealise that I do have a
guardian spirit. I also have adirect connection to Christ and
God, and whenever I do have anyissues, whatever they need to be
overcome, I just go intoconference with them and ask
them to help me, guide me. Seethe positive in it. See the

(15:21):
positive in every situation.
That is the other big helpfulthing, because everything has a
positive. Because the positiveis the god element. In every
situation there is a positive.
And one of the teaching Christexplains, look life like a big
oil painting. There's apainting, but behind the
painting is the linen, the whatis the word? It's a canvas. It's

(15:44):
a canvas. God is a canvas thatcarries everything. So always
focus on the canvas and thecanvas, and the canvas is white.
So in every situation, in everysituation, it can be even war,
it can be illness, it can bewhatever it is. There is a
positive element, and focus onthat one. And there, my
spiritual guides help me to seeand embrace the absolute is a

(16:09):
more positive situation in everysituation. So that helps me,
personally a lot to have atleast somebody I can talk with,
I can share it, I speak it outloud, if necessary, or in
prayers or in the meditation, and when we work this out
together after a few minutes andso on, I see that the situation
isn't all that gloomy and doomyas it is, because I suddenly see

(16:31):
it as a stepping stone and nomore, not as a stumbling stone.
And having seen the positive inthe situation, and focus on the
positive, focusing as the oldsaying, said on the rather on
the silver lining, then on theCloud helps us, makes us feel
better and brings us energy andhelps us to pull through.

Agi Keramidas (16:51):
Thank you. That is again, very I believe
actionable. Hans to ask forguidance. Guidance, help.

Hans Wilhelm (17:05):
That's a purpose.
You see, the highest form oflove is service. And if we see
Christ, God and the spiritbeings as high spirit beings,
they want to serve, becausethat's a natural being, service.
The highest form of love isservice. So ask them, do I want
to serve me? Help me. Help mefor what is good for my soul in

(17:25):
this very instant?

Agi Keramidas (17:31):
Let me, this is wonderful, and I will bring it
to you know, a more specificsituation, if you, if you will.
And many of my listeners of thepodcast are people who are in in
transition in their life, eitherin their career, or they have
achieved external success, butlack fulfilment, and they are

(17:55):
searching so talking about whatwe were just saying about the
acceptance, and even more, theloving, loving this situation.
What would you further add, youknow, for these kinds of of
people, in terms to love, the, shall we say, the uncertainty or

(18:21):
the lack of clarity that often atransition involves, until a
decision is made.

Hans Wilhelm (18:27):
Well, you said it, there's only uncertainty until
you make a decision. Thesolution to every problem is to
make a decision. Yeah, no, Iwent through it myself. You see,
I have been a writer, illustrator for most of my
career, and I'm still doing itto a certain degree. But the
main books, 200 books or so I'vecreated over the last 40 years,

(18:52):
I'm not tired a bit about it.
I'm kind of repeating my ownstory. So I says, I just let go
of it. It's enough books now.
And I started these, thesevideos. Now, these videos bring
in no money. They are totallyself supported. I I do not ask
for donations. I do not sellanything, but they do definitely
occupy my mind and my day.
Because I create these videos, Ihave got correspondence around

(19:15):
the world with people and meetwonderful people like yourself,
also around the world, which isvery rewarding. As I said. This
does not bring in money, but Icould easily if I want to imply
to do something to to put someproducts in and sell and so that
would be one way of doing it, ifone needed that by urgently. But
the key element here why I feelrather lucky and fortunate,

(19:38):
because I'm doing somethingwhere I feel it helps other
people, and I think that is thekey element. I also started when
I did the writing andillustrating for my books, but I
continue it now with thesevideos. And the important is the
love that I give, and that makesme feel happy. Now, if we can't

(19:59):
find something in our new careerwhere we can truly feel that
this may be of benefit for otherpeople, I think that would be,
for me, the most important thingto do, than just merely how to
earn more money. But there arealso situations in life where
that becomes very important.

(20:20):
Suddenly things change, and youhave to provide for your family
overnight. And sometimes theonly question is, there, how do
I get the next money to pay forthe next bills? And that would
be a different situation, andthere would be something
different to fulfil that. But ifone has got time to think and
ponder about a change of life, Iwould as if the prime focus for

(20:43):
me would be, how can I combinemy talents with something that
benefits others? That's how Iwould see it. And then, then it
just takes its own kind ofenergy. That would be my, my
idea. To your question,

Agi Keramidas (21:02):
there are elements. Or different aspects
that one looks when they are ina transition like that, and
talents, of course, is obviousto that, but the way that you
said about the benefit inothers, it was a phrase. You
said that love is the service isthe highest form of love. I

(21:23):
think that's how you say it'simportant. And I just reiterate
that in my own words to keepthat very much in top of the
list, along with our talents, when we

Hans Wilhelm (21:38):
and you also have, not only the talents, Agi, sorry
to interrupt you. Also, when youdo this in a later time of your
life, you have got the quote, wisdom experience of life. So
it's not only the talents. Youalso have got experience and
that can be shared and becominga mentor and helping those who
who need some kind of guidance, that would be another way to go.

(22:00):
But being mentorship, of course,is a form of service. But use
not only think, not only aboutyour talents, think also of
what, what you have accomplishedin your life, what you can share
with others, with your talents, with with your skills and with
your with Yeah, with all yourlife experiences,

Agi Keramidas (22:16):
mentorship is a form of service. You said, I
highlighted that. Thank you,Hans, you mentioned your videos
and the way that you sketchthem, and I will bring the
conversation back to that, because I was checking some of
your videos. And indeed it is avery when there is a visual

(22:41):
element at the same time as thenarration. It makes things much,
much easier. I suppose itapplies both to the visual and
the auditory people, the waythey absorb information and it
enhances it. So I enjoyedwatching it, and I will put the
link in the episode description, because I really recommend for

(23:04):
there is a variety of spiritualtopics, and if you want, you can
speak about that. If you wantHans. However, what I wanted to
discuss with you is oneparticular I chose one. It was
actually, as I was telling youbefore we started recording. It
was the out of, you know, howmany there were so many there.

(23:27):
There was one that I picked, orit picked me, and it's, and it
was the title of it was, listento your soul. And I will give a
very brief, you know, interpretation in my own words,
and I would like to hear how youwould describe this, that when

(23:48):
we our soul speaks to us, andsometimes that we feel it, or we
experience it as boredom or someunease or some feeling that you
know we really don't like, andfor most people, the reaction to

(24:10):
this is to do something else, totake that uncomfortable feeling
away. And that something else,it can be all sorts of things.
Can be the looking at the screenof the phone to things like
alcohol, drugs, shopping, youknow, you name it. Whatever
distracts the and of course, youwere saying how this lowers our

(24:36):
vibration, among the otherthings that it does. So that's
really what I would like tofocus the remaining few minutes
of this conversation on thisvibrate, on our vibrational
level and and I will asksomething very direct and
practical, because I like doingthat in my show. How. Can we

(25:02):
raise our vibration, or takepractices to raise our
vibration? And also, what'ssomething we can do to stop
lowering it? Perhaps it's thesame thing, but I'm just asking
in two different ways.

Hans Wilhelm (25:18):
Well, the path why we are here on earth I alluded
earlier, is for selfrecognition. We have to find out
who we are, why we are here, where we are going, where we
come from. And everybody doesthis in their own time, in their
own kind of techniques, in theirown ways. And that is part of
the reason why our soulcontinuously communicates with
us to guide us to these answers.
And one important element isthat, over time, whenever we do

(25:43):
something unloving, negativesort of code, we create karma.
I'm sure most of your listenersare familiar with this. Now,
this karma is stored in manyplaces, in our body, in our
mind, in our soul, in theAkashic records, and, most
importantly, in the planets. Inthe planets of the material

(26:03):
universe, that's where all thekarma is stored. And when these
planets move and come intoconstellation, or when they're
full, they download that karmaback to the centre. As Christ
said, you're sowing and reaping, then we are reaping our karma,
which means the illness cansuddenly hit us, or the blow of
fate can hit us when the time isright then, but before all these

(26:25):
negative situations can come andhit us, come back to us, not as
punishment, but for us torealise that only way forward is
love and not hurting anybody orjudging anybody, etc, before we
are having this experience, coming back to us our karma, the
planets are sending very smallsignals to our soul and says,

(26:51):
Here, listen, listen, you don'thave to experience that karma if
you stop your way. Now, I'm surewe all typical example is
somebody who is smoking andsmoking and smoking and suddenly
starts coughing and coughing andso on. Now, if he takes the
coughing as a symptom as a signhe should stop, he can prevent
maybe lung cancer, but if hedoes not listen to the coughing,

(27:14):
he may get lung cancer. And thisapplies to everything. So the
uneasiness you are alluding tofurther that comes from our
soul. Oh, why do I feel sorestless, so bored and so on? Is
something that the soul wants totell us something. Best way to
sit down, listen to it. Takeyour time. Listen to it. Don't

(27:36):
push it away, as you say, toimmediately go to Netflix or
boost or sex or whatever it is,usually it's the iPhone. And now
these are important messages. Itell you, my whole career was
based on the fact that I learnedto listen to my soul and I speak
in great detail. Anybody wasinterested in my TEDx talk on

(27:59):
TED, on TED, my TED talk, if yougo Hans Willem TED talk, I speak
about boredom because boredom isone of these uneasy feelings.
Boredom is a message from oursoul to listen to something
because we feel uneasy about it.
We are bored. We want adistraction, but our soul has a
message for us, forcingourselves to sit down. What does

(28:23):
this message have to do? And asI went back there, I realised
certain situation from mychildhood, which I then later
turned into the animal world, and made books out of it and
created a whole career just bylistening to my soul. And this
applies to every time we arefeeling bored, we're feeling
uneasy. What is that soultelling me? Because God speaks

(28:46):
to us all the time directlythrough our souls. So the people
around us through nature. Andwhen we really stop and listen,
we get so much guidance. So whenyou ask, what is the best thing
to do? Is really stop andlisten. Like stop and smell the
roses. Yeah, just stop andlisten what is actually
happening in me right now. Ifyou can sit down and says, What

(29:08):
could this be? What does itremind me of? What images come
up? Is there anything which Ifear? Why am I afraid of the
situation that I may beencountering to what is this
obstacle here, why am I notexcited about it? Because fear
and excitement are the same, thesame energies. It's the only one
we interpret negative, the otherone we interpret positive. It's

(29:30):
another topic we can talk about.
But there is so much given tous, and so if the answer to me
is, don't run away from nexttime we feel uneasy, bored of
whatever it is, sit down. Seewhat happens. See what happens,
and just listen and besurprised. Trust your enormous
wealth of guidance, help andinformation that is in you. It's

(29:56):
not in the outer world. It'snot. Netflix. It's not on the
iPhone. It's not with yourneighbour, or whatever it is,
all in us, the entire universe, the whole heaven, is in us. God
says it over and over again,it's not out there. The kingdom
of God is in us. And when werealise that the kingdom of God
is in us, that means all ofcreation is in us, then maybe we

(30:20):
pay a bit more attention whenour body tells us, Hey, listen,
there's a message for you. It'slike on email. Didn't you know
it's a message here? Yeah,

Agi Keramidas (30:38):
thank you. Yes.
Let's indeed pay more attentioninside, rather than outside,

Hans Wilhelm (30:47):
to your uneasy feelings. Yes,

Agi Keramidas (30:50):
with yes, do not run away from it. So thank you
for that, Hans, before we startwrapping up this fascinating and
intriguing conversation Imentioned already your YouTube
channel, the life explainedvideos, which I would recommend

(31:15):
also for our listeners to checkit out and see which video they
resonate with. Is there anywhereelse you would like to send the
audience to, or anything else tomention?

Hans Wilhelm (31:29):
Well, the YouTube is the best if they just punch
in my name, Hans Wilhelm, andthey have come to the channel,
or they go to my website, lifeexplained.com there's more
written about it. There is why Imade this video, a history, some
testimonies. There are the bookswhich I mentioned. There are
links to these books, etc, andall the information where it

(31:50):
comes from. So if anybody ismore interested where what the
source of the material is that Ishare, they may want to go to my
website, life, explained.com, itis all there are not, as I
mentioned earlier, I don't sellanything. There's nothing to
join, and I don't ask fordonations. So I just want to
make it very clear that this isa total work of love.

Agi Keramidas (32:14):
Thank you, Hans.
I have also two quick questionsI always ask in the end, and the
first one is, what does personaldevelopment mean to you?

Hans Wilhelm (32:26):
Self recognition, I said earlier, we don't have to
go anywhere. We are already aspirit being. And when we
recognise all the little, howshall I say mistakes we have
done in the past and clear themup, we automatically come to a
higher vibration. So for me, theimportant one is self
recognition. That is mydevelopment.

Agi Keramidas (32:47):
And hypothetical question, if you could go back
in time and meet your 18 yearold self, which one piece of
advice you would give him,

Hans Wilhelm (32:55):
always trust the divine guidance, which is with
you all the time. You are neveralone. I think that's important.
Thank you. Are never, ever, everalone, even if it feels that
way, but they're there. They'rewaiting for you. They may not do
everything like a genie to helpyou, will give you the right
person, the right richness andso on, but they guide you to the
right things of what you shoulddo next, and you are never

(33:18):
alone. So I think that isimportant one, and everything is
here when everything works outwell, when we learn for the
Christ major prayer, his prayer, the Our Father says, Thy will be
done. When we learn to surrenderto these words in our difficult
situations in life, thy will bedone, everything will solve

(33:40):
itself automatically.

Agi Keramidas (33:43):
I want to thank you very much for this
conversation. And you know, earlier on, I mentioned the word
wisdom, which you very, verymodestly said it's more lawless,
but I will thank you for yourwisdom, at least from me, for my

(34:04):
perception. It's been delightfuland very useful. I want to wish
you all the very best with thissimplifying spiritual topics and
this product of love that you'redoing with your channel. Now, I

(34:25):
will leave it to you for yourparting words and any message,
last message you want to give tothe listener of this
conversation.

Hans Wilhelm (34:35):
Agi, I think we covered so much, so much stuff
in it. I don't think that isanother thing to be put on top
here, but I want to say thankyou so much for having invited
me. It was a great pleasure tobe on your show and also to have
met you personally. Hope we meetagain sometime later in the
future and to continue ourconversation in the meantime, I
send all my love to all yourlisteners and viewers, and hope

(34:57):
you will find some help in myview. Videos, if you choose to
look them up.
