came on one of our coachingcalls and shared your story, I
was just like it was actually,like, such a answer from the
goddess because I had just donea training with our team about
what makes a good success storythat's actually compelling to

people and what doesn't. And Iwas like, specificity is the
name of the game. And thenliterally, within twenty four
hours, you showed up on acoaching call and spontaneously
shared the most perfect specificexample of a great success

story. And so when we werethinking of who we could invite
for these case studies, I waslike, Patty.
And then we got to meet atEmerge at Sarah Jenks event, so
that was, like, so special.Okay. So backing up, I'd love to
know what was going on in yourlife and where were you when you
heard about Relaxed Money? Andif you wanna add in anything

just to kind of give contextabout where you live, what you
do, just anything like that,feel free.
Patty Alfonso (04:22):
Sure. Thank you. Where was I exactly? So I had
literally just filed forbankruptcy. So I am known to
many as the orgasmic bodywhisperer, and I've been in
business in the world, in thefield of embodiment and the

feminine and the sacred fortwenty years.
And what was going on was that Igot really stuck in the hustle
of creating and of doing all ofthe 10,000 different things that
you can do to grow a business.And I was just in this rut. And
even though I was making money,generating money, receiving
(05:07):
clients, I was not relaxed aboutmoney. I was like, so when you
sort of divinely popped into myfeed with plenty and relaxed
money, I was like, oh, I needthat. I must have that.
(05:27):
The pandemic was reallychallenging for me and and for
my business. And at that time, Ihad decided that I needed to
just put a pause on the businessfor a moment. I needed to handle
this not relaxed about moneyenergy that was driving, you
know, that hustle kind of energyin the business. I also had a
(05:50):
sense that something else wasasking to be birthed through me,
but I also knew that in thathustle energy, I was not gonna
have access to it. So I chose totake a sabbatical in the
business.
I chose to get a job, because Ineeded that safety and that
security of just having moneycoming in regularly. And I
(06:15):
literally had just filed forbankruptcy. I was literally
making the same exact amount ofmoney that I needed to just pay
my basic living expenses. Andwhen relaxed money and plenty
came into my world, I just hadthis visceral like, I'm a gut
(06:36):
kinda woman. Like, if it's a yesin my gut and in my knowing, I
do it no matter what.
So even though I did not havethe extra money at that moment,
I said yes because I I knew thatit was what I needed, and I
loved your energy. Your energyaround money and the joy that
you bring to the topic was just,like, exactly what I needed. So

I said yes to my first roundbecause I am currently in round
two. Looking forward to roundthree.
Kate Northrup (07:09):
Just keeps getting better. I know.
Patty Alfonso (07:11):
I know. I'm so excited. That How? That's where
I was. Yeah.

That's amazing. I didn't I I think you had shared
that part of your story with me,but I had forgotten. So thank
you for just reminding meexactly where you were. I'm
curious. Do you remember like,was it were you already just
because I'm so curious about,like, our marketing channels
and, like, where they end up.
Do you remember if it was a paidad or if it was just, like, you

were already following me onInstagram or maybe an affiliate?
Or do you have any idea? Andit's okay if you don't.
Patty Alfonso (07:46):
I don't recall if it was a paid ad. I don't I
don't actually recall because itwas really just one of those
Kate Northrup (07:55):
It was like a divine just showed up at the
right time with the rightenergy.
Patty Alfonso (07:59):
Just like I showed him I met you where you
one call. I know.
Kate Northrup (08:04):
So so you sign up. Mhmm. You were a full body
yes. It sounds like you'vealready done a lot of work so
that you know what a full bodyyes is, which I love. I am
curious.
Was there anything that came upfor you around, like, I'm
hesitant because of this. Ishouldn't because of that. You
(08:27):
did already share that you hadjust filed for bankruptcy, and
you were, you know, coveringyour basic needs but didn't have
the extra. So I I I wouldimagine that was a layer, but
was there anything else that wasa hesitation that you
Patty Alfonso (08:40):
had? Well, honestly, no. I first signed up
for I for I I did your Plenty,the the The workshop. Yeah.
Kate Northrup (09:00):
Yeah. And this year, it's called good with
money just for those listeningif you're confused. But yes.
Patty Alfonso (09:05):
And then after plenty was wide receiver. So,
you know,
Kate Northrup (09:08):
I wide receiver, and now my podcast is called
plenty. Yeah. So there's a lotof names, but we're sticking
with good with money. Okay.
Patty Alfonso (09:15):
I love it. I love it. It's perfect. So one of the
things that added to the yes.Right?
Because I know sometimes we geta full body yes, and then
resistance comes up and allthis. But the layer after that
was that on the that particularworkshop, first of all, I was a
yes to everything that you weresaying. You know, you were
(09:38):
naming something that I wasaware of, but that I didn't have
words for yet. And so you werealready embodying what I was
aware of that I needed. So thatadded to the yes.
And you had shared an image,like, one of your before images.
And in the image, I caught apole, and I caught and I caught
(09:59):
a pink feather. And I was like,ah, she's an s girl. She Yeah.
She is.
Not Nina girl.
Kate Northrup (10:06):
I love that. Oh my god. I love that those were,
like, secret signals. I didn'teven realize those that picture
had yeah. Because in my studioapartment, I had a pole right in
the middle of it, and I had myfeathers, and I had my, you
know, my pleasure box.
Yeah.
Patty Alfonso (10:23):
So it was just continuous, the divine showing
me little things that were like,this is the vibration that
you're aligning with. This isthe vibration that you need, and
it was just continuous. Yes.Yes. Did I have a little bit of
worry?
You know? But you made it soaccessible for me to say yes
(10:44):
with the payment plans, and itjust was it just I was like, I
trust. I trust that if I sayyes, that the universe will
support me because the universeitself is showing me that this
is the next step for me. So ifthere was resistance, the
goddess very click quickly
Kate Northrup (11:03):
Labeled it. No. No. No. We're doing this.
Patty Alfonso (11:07):
We're doing this.

You. I'm curious because some people go through
the program and just, like, showup at every live thing and do
the work in real time. And thensome people, you know, start
off, you know, fast and hard andthen and then take a break for a
while, revisit it. Some people,you know, bite size pieces over
the entire year. Some peopleonly do one module, and it
(11:29):
changes their life, and they'regood to go.
So and it's all perfect. Like,any way you do it is the right
way for you. I'm curious, whatdid it look like for you going
through the program and at whatpacing and what was your
experience?
Patty Alfonso (11:45):
Yeah. Another thing that you said that was a
little, I remember you sayingI've done these programs before
and not ever shown up live to asingle call.
Kate Northrup (12:00):
Yeah. I never go to anything live.
Patty Alfonso (12:02):
And that I usually do. I love being live,
but in this moment, I had justgotten a full time job. So I did
not have the flexibility to belive. But when you said that,
again, it spoke to my body andto my already yes. And so what I
did because I couldn't be liveexcept for that one call that I
(12:24):
happened to show up for in theright perfect timing.
Kate Northrup (12:27):
Yes. You did.
Patty Alfonso (12:28):
I just fully committed to listening no matter
what. That was my priority tostay on track with you guys even
if I couldn't be live. So Iloved the the private podcast
because I could listen on thego, and I could listen in the
car driving to work and drivingback. And so I did that whole
first journey with you live.Well, with you Right.
(12:54):
Live in my own space.
Kate Northrup (12:56):
Exactly.
Patty Alfonso (12:57):
Yes. And then and then when it was coming towards
the end, I knew that I had toshow up and tell you all of the
magic that had shown up eventhough I wasn't live. Even
though you had probably not seenmy face at all, I was with you.
And I wanna add because I signedup for the second round also
knowing that I wasn't gonna beable to give it the same
(13:19):
attention because I was gettingcertified as an erotic blueprint
coach, so I had to give thatsome of my energy. But I knew.
If I say yes, a rising tidelifts all boats. I will be in
the energy, and I will receive.Oh, I'm getting full body
goosebumps. I will receive. Andso now I'm catching up on that
(13:42):
second round, and I'm lookingforward to the third, and I'm
looking forward to seeing howthat shows up in my life.
And and I'm just open. I'mtotally open.
Kate Northrup (13:53):
You are just so divine and delicious. I'm
curious. What did happen for youthat made you wanna make sure
you came on that one call andtell me with your voice, with
your gorgeous face, your story?What what was your story? Do you
(14:14):
remember the specifics?
Patty Alfonso (14:15):
Oh, 1000%. So I was in that job making exactly
how much I needed to live. Andthen your program gave me the
courage to quit that job becauseit was actually a really
unhealthy environment for me.And in that process of finding a
(14:38):
new one, I gave myself a $25,000raise. Wow.
And then oh, there's more. Partof that new contract came with a
yearly bonus. And even though Ihad only been in that that new
job for six months, half a year,I wasn't technically in entitled

to my full bonus. But because ofhow I was showing up and because
of who I was being and becauseof this nervous system
regulation and relaxation, Iliterally got my full bonus
after only being there for sixmonths. So I went from from
(15:23):
barely basic expenses to thisexpansion of having in a relaxed
way of having money, ofreceiving money for just being
myself, just being who I camehere to be in the world.
And that continues to grow andexpand. And now if I may, I'm in
(15:48):
this, transition, right, whereI've gotten the download of
what's next for my business.Cool. And I'm feeling that inner
sense of safety that has to becultivated in order to really
feel that safety in the world.So I've used all of the tools to
(16:11):
cultivate that.
And so now I'm I'm I'm still inbetween, but I'm really excited
about this space because I'mmore connected to myself. I'm
more connected to the goddess.I'm more connected to my
desires, to my pleasure. And soI'm really looking forward to
(16:31):
this next chapter and andwhatever it may bring.
Kate Northrup (16:35):
How exciting. How exciting. So are you are you
currently in transition fromyour full time job to putting
your attention back in yourbusiness in this new evolved
way?
Patty Alfonso (16:49):
I'm doing both at the moment. Amazing. And the
beauty is so, like, one of mydreams was, oh, I wish that
clients could just show up.What's with the hustle? What's
with that, like, grind?
I mean, can I just be andliterally, it's happening right
now? Women that I used that Iworked with a long time ago are
just showing up and saying, I'mready. I wanna work with you
(17:12):
now. I just met a womanyesterday. I went to a float and
to have a magnesium IV drip, andI sat down next to this
incredible woman, and we juststarted talking.
She's like, wanna work with you.So everything that I knew was
possible with the business ishere. It's showing up. And this
(17:34):
new version of myself, which isstill the orgasmic body
whisperer, but now includeserotic priestessing. Right?
I'm being initiated in that inthat lineage, which I've been my
whole life and many lifetimes.Right? So so I'm in it. I'm in
it. And I'm I'm in that.
I'm I'm still doing the the jobbecause I love it. And the
(17:58):
people What a blessing. Areamazing, and it's such a gift.
And, you know, and then and theneventually at the right perfect
divine time, I'll let go of thejob and I'll be full back in
and, you know, I'm just allowingthe goddess to lead right now.
I'm So beautiful.

You are. You are clearing the channel. Mhmm. So
I'd to know, Patty, I thinkyou've already spoken to it
that, the courage that you foundin yourself, the permission to
do the work in your own way, inyour own right timing, the
commitment to be with money in anew way using the tools. You've

spoken to all those things.
Is there anything else you wouldwanna speak to of, like, what
changed in you during yourRelaxed Money journey so far?
Patty Alfonso (18:55):
You spoke a lot about this, about expanding our
capacity to receive. And I thinkthat that has been the deepest
within my cells, is expanding mycapacity to receive, to be with

money in a different way, in away that's more flow of the
energy of gifting and receivingand gifting and receiving.
Honestly, I feel like thevibration that you hold and that
you be with the community andthe container, the vulnerability
(19:43):
that you show up with, and I Imight cry because it's very
touching. The vulnerability thatyou show up with, the the the
care, your big beautiful heart,your joy, like, you being that
energy and me allowing myself tobe in that space with you, like,
(20:06):
it just changed me on a cellularlevel, and I allowed myself to
receive that. I didn't shut downfrom the beauty that you show up
with.
I allowed it to tickle everymolecule of my body and my soul.
And now I'm feeling, right,like, resonant with that energy.
(20:31):
So Yeah. My deepest thank youfor the work that you're doing
and who you are in the world.And I shed tears of joy and
gratitude because you're so openwith all of your challenges and
everything you're going throughwith such grace and such and

that's a testament to the workthat you do on yourself.

Making and doing that. So, yeah, I I hope I

It did, Patty, and I wanna reflect back that
those seeds of that exact way ofbeing, you allowed them to be
watered in you because only ifthat's already inside us do we
recognize it in someone else.And it feels like nourishment
because you were available togrow something that was already

there, but perhaps more in anascent stage. And now that part
is obviously leading in yourlife from the courage to go and
get yourself a new job for, youknow, an increased pay of
$25,000 to you showing up inthis new job that was a much
(21:51):
better environment for you.Oops. Sorry.
I've got a siren. And and beingrewarded financially for who you
are being with your full bonusto now being in this job that
you freaking love while alsofeeling the rekindling and the
evolution of what's next in yourerotic priestessing. I mean,
(22:16):
it's just absolutely gorgeous,and I couldn't be more thrilled
to be supporting your financialfoundations because, you know,
historically, I know you knowthis, but I just wanna say it
for everyone else. Historically,the priestesses were the ones

who actually were the wealthholders. And so there is a
remembrance here.
And for thousands of years, wehave forgotten as women. We have
been property instead of owningproperty. Our bodies were a
currency. And so there is a deepunraveling there, and because

I just would love to invite people to go within
for that choice to really tunein to your deep inner knowing.

Your nervous system is trying tokeep you safe, but the awareness
that like, this is a full body.Yes.
I know it. And then noticingthat resistance, noticing that
energy, acknowledging it. Okay.Yeah. And then coming back to

that knowing.
Right? And then trusting thatbecause it's in alignment,
because your body is a full yesor your energy is a full yes or
you're leaning in, you'relistening, you're leaning in,
trusting that body intuition.Right? That body magic that's

available and and trusting thatthat the universe will line
things up for you and andallowing yourself to receive
that blessing because it'savailable to all of us. And
that's what we're all in thepractice of right now, I think,
of of leaning into is istrusting ourselves and our
knowing and our bodies and thedivine.

I don't recall if it was a paid ad. I don't I

It was like a divine just showed up at the
right time with the rightenergy.

Just like I showed him I met you where you
one call. I know.
Kate Northrup (08:04):
So so you sign up. Mhmm. You were a full body
yes. It sounds like you'vealready done a lot of work so
that you know what a full bodyyes is, which I love. I am
curious.
Was there anything that came upfor you around, like, I'm
hesitant because of this. Ishouldn't because of that. You
(08:27):
did already share that you hadjust filed for bankruptcy, and
you were, you know, coveringyour basic needs but didn't have
the extra. So I I I wouldimagine that was a layer, but
was there anything else that wasa hesitation that you
Patty Alfonso (08:40):
had? Well, honestly, no. I first signed up
for I for I I did your Plenty,the the The workshop. Yeah.
Kate Northrup (09:00):
Yeah. And this year, it's called good with
money just for those listeningif you're confused. But yes.
Patty Alfonso (09:05):
And then after plenty was wide receiver. So,
you know,
Kate Northrup (09:08):
I wide receiver, and now my podcast is called
plenty. Yeah. So there's a lotof names, but we're sticking
with good with money. Okay.
Patty Alfonso (09:15):
I love it. I love it. It's perfect. So one of the
things that added to the yes.Right?
Because I know sometimes we geta full body yes, and then
resistance comes up and allthis. But the layer after that
was that on the that particularworkshop, first of all, I was a
yes to everything that you weresaying. You know, you were
(09:38):
naming something that I wasaware of, but that I didn't have
words for yet. And so you werealready embodying what I was
aware of that I needed. So thatadded to the yes.
And you had shared an image,like, one of your before images.
And in the image, I caught apole, and I caught and I caught
(09:59):
a pink feather. And I was like,ah, she's an s girl. She Yeah.
She is.
Not Nina girl.
Kate Northrup (10:06):
I love that. Oh my god. I love that those were,
like, secret signals. I didn'teven realize those that picture
had yeah. Because in my studioapartment, I had a pole right in
the middle of it, and I had myfeathers, and I had my, you
know, my pleasure box.
Yeah.
Patty Alfonso (10:23):
So it was just continuous, the divine showing
me little things that were like,this is the vibration that
you're aligning with. This isthe vibration that you need, and
it was just continuous. Yes.Yes. Did I have a little bit of
worry?
You know? But you made it soaccessible for me to say yes
(10:44):
with the payment plans, and itjust was it just I was like, I
trust. I trust that if I sayyes, that the universe will
support me because the universeitself is showing me that this
is the next step for me. So ifthere was resistance, the
goddess very click quickly
Kate Northrup (11:03):
Labeled it. No. No. No. We're doing this.
Patty Alfonso (11:07):
We're doing this.
Kate Northrup (11:07):
You. I'm curious because some people go through
the program and just, like, showup at every live thing and do
the work in real time. And thensome people, you know, start
off, you know, fast and hard andthen and then take a break for a
while, revisit it. Some people,you know, bite size pieces over
the entire year. Some peopleonly do one module, and it
(11:29):
changes their life, and they'regood to go.
So and it's all perfect. Like,any way you do it is the right
way for you. I'm curious, whatdid it look like for you going
through the program and at whatpacing and what was your
experience?
Patty Alfonso (11:45):
Yeah. Another thing that you said that was a
little, I remember you sayingI've done these programs before
and not ever shown up live to asingle call.
Kate Northrup (12:00):
Yeah. I never go to anything live.
Patty Alfonso (12:02):
And that I usually do. I love being live,
but in this moment, I had justgotten a full time job. So I did
not have the flexibility to belive. But when you said that,
again, it spoke to my body andto my already yes. And so what I
did because I couldn't be liveexcept for that one call that I
(12:24):
happened to show up for in theright perfect timing.
Kate Northrup (12:27):
Yes. You did.
Patty Alfonso (12:28):
I just fully committed to listening no matter
what. That was my priority tostay on track with you guys even
if I couldn't be live. So Iloved the the private podcast
because I could listen on thego, and I could listen in the
car driving to work and drivingback. And so I did that whole
first journey with you live.Well, with you Right.
(12:54):
Live in my own space.
Kate Northrup (12:56):
Exactly.
Patty Alfonso (12:57):
Yes. And then and then when it was coming towards
the end, I knew that I had toshow up and tell you all of the
magic that had shown up eventhough I wasn't live. Even
though you had probably not seenmy face at all, I was with you.
And I wanna add because I signedup for the second round also
knowing that I wasn't gonna beable to give it the same
(13:19):
attention because I was gettingcertified as an erotic blueprint
coach, so I had to give thatsome of my energy. But I knew.
If I say yes, a rising tidelifts all boats. I will be in
the energy, and I will receive.Oh, I'm getting full body
goosebumps. I will receive. Andso now I'm catching up on that
(13:42):
second round, and I'm lookingforward to the third, and I'm
looking forward to seeing howthat shows up in my life.
And and I'm just open. I'mtotally open.
Kate Northrup (13:53):
You are just so divine and delicious. I'm
curious. What did happen for youthat made you wanna make sure
you came on that one call andtell me with your voice, with
your gorgeous face, your story?What what was your story? Do you
(14:14):
remember the specifics?
Patty Alfonso (14:15):
Oh, 1000%. So I was in that job making exactly
how much I needed to live. Andthen your program gave me the
courage to quit that job becauseit was actually a really
unhealthy environment for me.And in that process of finding a
(14:38):
new one, I gave myself a $25,000raise. Wow.
And then oh, there's more. Partof that new contract came with a
yearly bonus. And even though Ihad only been in that that new
job for six months, half a year,I wasn't technically in entitled
(15:02):
to my full bonus. But because ofhow I was showing up and because
of who I was being and becauseof this nervous system
regulation and relaxation, Iliterally got my full bonus
after only being there for sixmonths. So I went from from
(15:23):
barely basic expenses to thisexpansion of having in a relaxed
way of having money, ofreceiving money for just being
myself, just being who I camehere to be in the world.
And that continues to grow andexpand. And now if I may, I'm in
(15:48):
this, transition, right, whereI've gotten the download of
what's next for my business.Cool. And I'm feeling that inner
sense of safety that has to becultivated in order to really
feel that safety in the world.So I've used all of the tools to
(16:11):
cultivate that.
And so now I'm I'm I'm still inbetween, but I'm really excited
about this space because I'mmore connected to myself. I'm
more connected to the goddess.I'm more connected to my
desires, to my pleasure. And soI'm really looking forward to
(16:31):
this next chapter and andwhatever it may bring.
Kate Northrup (16:35):
How exciting. How exciting. So are you are you
currently in transition fromyour full time job to putting
your attention back in yourbusiness in this new evolved
way?
Patty Alfonso (16:49):
I'm doing both at the moment. Amazing. And the
beauty is so, like, one of mydreams was, oh, I wish that
clients could just show up.What's with the hustle? What's
with that, like, grind?
I mean, can I just be andliterally, it's happening right
now? Women that I used that Iworked with a long time ago are
just showing up and saying, I'mready. I wanna work with you
(17:12):
now. I just met a womanyesterday. I went to a float and
to have a magnesium IV drip, andI sat down next to this
incredible woman, and we juststarted talking.
She's like, wanna work with you.So everything that I knew was
possible with the business ishere. It's showing up. And this
(17:34):
new version of myself, which isstill the orgasmic body
whisperer, but now includeserotic priestessing. Right?
I'm being initiated in that inthat lineage, which I've been my
whole life and many lifetimes.Right? So so I'm in it. I'm in
it. And I'm I'm in that.
I'm I'm still doing the the jobbecause I love it. And the
(17:58):
people What a blessing. Areamazing, and it's such a gift.
And, you know, and then and theneventually at the right perfect
divine time, I'll let go of thejob and I'll be full back in
and, you know, I'm just allowingthe goddess to lead right now.
I'm So beautiful.

You are. You are clearing the channel. Mhmm. So
I'd to know, Patty, I thinkyou've already spoken to it
that, the courage that you foundin yourself, the permission to
do the work in your own way, inyour own right timing, the
commitment to be with money in anew way using the tools. You've

spoken to all those things.
Is there anything else you wouldwanna speak to of, like, what
changed in you during yourRelaxed Money journey so far?
Patty Alfonso (18:55):
You spoke a lot about this, about expanding our
capacity to receive. And I thinkthat that has been the deepest
within my cells, is expanding mycapacity to receive, to be with

money in a different way, in away that's more flow of the
energy of gifting and receivingand gifting and receiving.
Honestly, I feel like thevibration that you hold and that
you be with the community andthe container, the vulnerability
(19:43):
that you show up with, and I Imight cry because it's very
touching. The vulnerability thatyou show up with, the the the
care, your big beautiful heart,your joy, like, you being that
energy and me allowing myself tobe in that space with you, like,
(20:06):
it just changed me on a cellularlevel, and I allowed myself to
receive that. I didn't shut downfrom the beauty that you show up
with.
I allowed it to tickle everymolecule of my body and my soul.
And now I'm feeling, right,like, resonant with that energy.
(20:31):
So Yeah. My deepest thank youfor the work that you're doing
and who you are in the world.And I shed tears of joy and
gratitude because you're so openwith all of your challenges and
everything you're going throughwith such grace and such and

that's a testament to the workthat you do on yourself.

Making and doing that. So, yeah, I I hope I

It did, Patty, and I wanna reflect back that
those seeds of that exact way ofbeing, you allowed them to be
watered in you because only ifthat's already inside us do we
recognize it in someone else.And it feels like nourishment
because you were available togrow something that was already

there, but perhaps more in anascent stage. And now that part
is obviously leading in yourlife from the courage to go and
get yourself a new job for, youknow, an increased pay of
$25,000 to you showing up inthis new job that was a much
(21:51):
better environment for you.Oops. Sorry.
I've got a siren. And and beingrewarded financially for who you
are being with your full bonusto now being in this job that
you freaking love while alsofeeling the rekindling and the
evolution of what's next in yourerotic priestessing. I mean,
(22:16):
it's just absolutely gorgeous,and I couldn't be more thrilled
to be supporting your financialfoundations because, you know,
historically, I know you knowthis, but I just wanna say it
for everyone else. Historically,the priestesses were the ones
(22:37):
who actually were the wealthholders. And so there is a
remembrance here.
And for thousands of years, wehave forgotten as women. We have
been property instead of owningproperty. Our bodies were a
currency. And so there is a deepunraveling there, and because

I just would love to invite people to go within
for that choice to really tunein to your deep inner knowing.
Right? Sometimes when there's abig yes that's actually gonna
transform your life, it isnatural for resistance to come

up because your your mind,they're trying to keep you safe.
Your nervous system is trying tokeep you safe, but the awareness
that like, this is a full body.Yes.
I know it. And then noticingthat resistance, noticing that
energy, acknowledging it. Okay.Yeah. And then coming back to
(24:33):
that knowing.
Right? And then trusting thatbecause it's in alignment,
because your body is a full yesor your energy is a full yes or
you're leaning in, you'relistening, you're leaning in,
trusting that body intuition.Right? That body magic that's
(24:53):
available and and trusting thatthat the universe will line
things up for you and andallowing yourself to receive
that blessing because it'savailable to all of us. And
that's what we're all in thepractice of right now, I think,
of of leaning into is istrusting ourselves and our
knowing and our bodies and thedivine.

All three of those.
