A tale as old as time... the story of the round peg and the square hole. Trying to fit these two items together is impossible and they just aren't meant for each other. However, if that round peg is... made of jello for instance... then it would fit into that square hole easier (try to ignore the sexual innuendo) but it would be a mess and that round peg is some gelatinous pile of gunk on the other side.
I don't want you to be the gunk. Or be afraid to find your round hole in your relationships or business. Today's episode is all about what rejection is, why we struggle with it so much, and what we can do to overcome it. I'll explain more in detail the above analogy as well. Topics include:
- What is Rejection
- Common Struggles with Rejection
- Understanding Other's Opinions
- My Experience with Rejection
- 5 Ways to Overcome Rejection
- 1 Mindset Shift for Rejection
