Ep. 106 - Are we still under contract?

In this working session, Siganture Real Estate Broker Matthew Maschler and and Staci Garcia continue to discuss the sale of a property to our mystery buyer.     After the first Buyer disappeared and forfeited their deposit, the new Buyer (who we suspect is the same Buyer) put the house under contract.  During inspection they asked to lower the price of the house, but they did not give any reason whatsoever.  Just:  Let’s get this done!     We discuss the agent’s obligation to present all offers (she did), and we wonder if the Buyer still intends to buy the property (they do).  They never cancelled the contract and put up a bigger deposit.     We did not even get a chance to discuss any of the other properties on the list.     Have an idea for a podcast?
