Liz is the Director of Governmental Affairs at WeServ and joins me to chat about the many faces of WeServ. Liz shares how she and her husband found their way into the real estate business many years ago by flipping houses basically with their own bare hands. She is a wealth of knowledge and part of the White Paper Sub Committee writing on topics like Sign Ordinance and Eminent Domain & Private Property Rights. We learn that WeServ hosted an impactful series of city meetings that were so well received and will help ensure that our cities develop strategically and according to what is actually needed. WeServ also contracted with an Economic Analyst and outlined a housing study that highlights the private sector - talking about housing solutions like short term rentals who have a bad reputation right now but serve a key role in our economy.
