Daniel's Bio

After graduating college with high honors, Daniel Patton teamed up with his childhood friend Dave Butler and in 2004 they began their careers together in the mortgage business. After winning the "National Rookie of The Year award" in their first year as Mortgage Agents they quickly translated that success into growing a Top 5 ranked team at Mortgage Intelligence where they started. 

In 2011 they formed Butler Mortgage. Daniel specializes in Mortgages for real estate investors and clients looking for long-term strategic planning.  He routinely ranks amongst the top 20 mortgage agents in Canada (as per CMP magazine), and his team was responsible for funding over $400,000,000.00 in mortgage volume in 2019 and $503,000,000.00 in 2020.
