Over the past 10 years, the Coaching Industry has grown tremendously! There is a coach available for almost anything you can think of: Life Coach, Strategy Coach, Business Coach, Author Coach, Parent Coach, etc. Dr. Tony Simmons Jr. and I discuss understanding what a Coach is and isn't, the benefits of having a Coach, how to find the right Coach, and get the results you are looking for, these are all important when hiring a Coach. When (not if because we all get here) you feel stuck, unmotivated, lacking confidence, and trying to meet a goal in a specific timeframe, a Coach will get you where you want to be.
Understanding the difference between a Coach, a Therapist, and Consultant is key when considering your needs. This episode will help you know which one is right for you and you may have more than one. However, they all play different roles, have different skills, and levels of education.
