A Business SWOT Analysis is often used for strategizing or marketing in your business. I found this is something we could use in our business but also in life. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Identifying each area of your business or life will help you go to the next level. This is about looking at your skills, knowledge, what you lack, improvement needs, goals, and obstacles to help you determine next steps.
