In the mid-90s, Dr. Masaru Emoto conducted an experiment to prove water's "skill" to transport words' vibrations. The results were remarkable: he observed high-vibration words like love or gratitude formed beautiful patterns on frozen water and low-vibration words like war or hate did the opposite.

How do words affect a body that is 70% water, then?

In today's episode, in another soul-to-soul conversation, I invite you to reflect on the power of words, the ones we use to talk to ourselves, to others, about ourselves and others, and the ones we use to describe what happens in our lives.

Throughout this episode, you'll hear about language's impact on our thoughts and lives, relationships, and the reality we create for ourselves. You'll also hear about how to reframe the perception of adversity, and how handling life challenges with grace can create a more peaceful existence for us and those around us.

Additionally, you'll get tips and advice on how to treat yourself more gently and inspire others to do the same, make sense of the senseless, and much more.

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

  • A bit about Dr. Emoto's experiment (2:40)

  • Why we must set our words for success (7:10)

  • About the energy we share with kids when they are in utero (14:40)

  • Being mindful of words that create heavy emotions (24:00)

  • "No one on the other side is holding a grudge" (36:30)

  • Making sense of the senseless (45:40)

  • Think about your words, be kind to yourself and others (51:20)

Tune in to episode 24 of Rekindling Ancient Wisdom and start paying attention to your words. As Dr. Emoto says: "If you shine a light on those around you with the words you use, you won't ever have to walk in the dark again."

We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
