Are your values driving you to be a champion in your life? If you were boarding a ship and the captain greeted you by telling you there was no rudder on the boat and no common rules of engagement for passengers - lying, cheating, stealing, and taking advantage of others would be encouraged, would you get on that boat? If you interviewed for a job and the HR manager told you most of the day you'd be doing something you don't like, would you take that job? If most of your friends and family took advantage of you for several years in a row, would you continue allowing them in your life? If, when you got home each night you were made to support things you don't believe in, would you want to live there? You filter your world view, decisions and actions, and impressions of others through your values.
