One of the biggest challenges that the average angler faces is where to find the fish if you haven't been on the water in a while.
I've yet to meet a weekend warrior fisherman who says he gets to fish as much as he wants. And most of us, are lucky to hit the water once every other month.
So I brought on Pat to share how he finds the fish (even after taking a long break from fishing).
