There are 3 types of real estate agents: the willing and able, the willing and unable, and the unwilling and unable. The first group knows what they need to do and they get it done. The second group might not know what to do, but at least they are coachable.

The third group is a different story.

When an agent is unwilling and unable, this business might not be right for them. Maybe they use the market conditions as an excuse, or they don’t do the activities that lead to success. Either way, some of the struggles they face in business might have more to do with them than the economy.

Winning in real estate is just a matter of systems, strategies, scripts and your schedule. If you lack these things, you won’t be able to accomplish anything, but you can correct it before it’s too late.
