(00:00):

It is also Veterans Day.

We're free because of you.
Thank you for your service.
Now let's dive into a little bit about what to talk about this week in the world of sportsso you can break the ice in Small Talk Conversation.

(00:24):
This story is incredible conspiracy theory that I'm here for.
Number 16 ranked Ole Miss upset number three ranked Georgia, but there's a fan theory thatOle Miss coach Lane Kiffin has been releasing squirrels on the field.
Now keep in mind this is the Georgia's first loss against any team other than Alabama in2020, but this weekend's game had a second squirrel delay in as many months.

(00:52):
A few weeks ago during Ole Miss's home win over Oklahoma,
A squirrel was spotted on the field at the end of the first quarter, which caused amomentary delay.
Hmm, something to think about.
Speaking of karma, karma was on the side of the Chiefs this weekend.
With Taylor Swift in the stands, Travis Kelcey tied the franchise record for receivingtouchdowns at 76.

(01:15):
Then the undefeated season for the Chiefs, well, it was on the line and the Chiefs blockedthe Denver Broncos' last second field goal to keep that streak alive.
Now, talking about Taylor Swift.
Her security allegedly stopped photo photographers for taking invasive photos before thegame.
She comes in through the tunnel and they're given the slope of the tunnel.
Her security team had to act fast to make sure that photographers couldn't take photos upSwift's skirt.

(01:41):
So they had all the credentialed photographers stand up when she came in so no one couldget a shot up of her skirt.
After all the tweeting from the Pope.
It has finally paid off for the New Orleans Saints.
They snapped a seven game losing streak, beating the Atlanta Falcons this weekend.
Now you may have heard that story on Friday, the Pope has been accidentally orintentionally using hashtag Saints on his ex account and that pulls up the logo for the

(02:09):
Saints.
Therefore he's been maybe, you know, tweeting a little luck for the Saints.
Now let's talk a little bit about Major League Soccer.
We're in the midst of the playoffs.
And Lionel Messi and Miami FC, well, they set a new record this season at 74 points, butthey were stunned in the first round of the playoffs on Saturday, losing 3-2 to number 9

(02:30):
seed Atlanta United on home soil in the best of three series deciders.
Big one there.
And last but certainly not least, let's talk a little tennis.
20-year-old Coco Goff wrapped up the 2024 season by winning the WTA finals and the $4.8million check that came with it.
She's the youngest player to win the WTA finals in 20 years since Maria Sharapova won theyear-end championship as a 17-year-old in 2004.

(02:57):
Coco Goff was eight months old at that time.
Now, in case you're wondering, the WTA finals is a season-ending championship for the WTATour, which stands for Women's Tennis Association.
It's the most significant tennis event in women's annual calendar after the four majortournaments.
It features the top eight singles players and the top eight double-based.
the top eight doubles teams based on the results throughout the season.

(03:21):
That's what we have for you this week.

And last but certainly not least, Joey Logano took home the NASCAR Championship.
He wins his third career Cup Series Championship.

(03:43):
He's the 10th driver in NASCAR history to win three or more titles.
Congratulations to Joey Logano.
That's it for this week.

And last but not least, let's keep in mind...
Happening this week, have Major League Baseball Owners' Meetings where you might see theowners vote on the Oakland A's relocation and it's also the start of the NBA in-season

(04:15):
tournament.
Have a great week ahead.
