Yes, almost everyone judges others at some point. Judging is a natural part of human behavior and instinct that's difficult to suppress. Here are some reasons why:
• It's easy: Judging is simple and doesn't require much thought or reasoning.
• It's automatic: Our brains are wired to make automatic judgments about others' behaviors.
• It's evolutionary: Early humans needed to quickly assess threats and opportunities in their environment.
• It's based on scripts: We make judgments based on pre-programmed mindsets or scripts.
What are some things you judge squad? Drop it in the comments.
