Bā Jiǒng is among those spearheading the recall of Fu Kun-chi, the KMT legislator known as "The King of Hualien." Fu Kun-chi is 1 of 24 Kuomintang KMT legislators who will be up for the mass recall vote in Taiwan on July 26th.
