(00:03):
Episode 80,
you're not meant to fit inor let Silence Be your guide.
I'm not sure what I'm going to title. This
episode is all about the mostsacred aspect of being human,
connecting with our truth. How do we hear our truth?
(00:25):
How do we know our truth whenwe're endlessly speaking or
worse? Mindlessly consuming.
It's so easy to forget aboutthe power of being quiet,
and I get the irony of publishinga podcast about silence
considering the very act of creatingan episode adds to the noise.
(00:49):
Yet this episode's essenceis all about embracing
quietude.
One of the best parts about mybeach bungalow here in San Diego
is the stillness. It's by the beach,
but the air is still, there's no street noise,
(01:10):
there's no static inthe air, just stillness.
And I can hear myself thinknot other people's thoughts,
not Netflix, not podcasts. My thoughts,
these thoughts thatyou're hearing right now.
I'm recording this at 11:00 PM
(01:33):
as I look at the half moon,
hearing an owl hootand the crickets chirp,
I'm sipping a peppermint tea andI have my warm pup besides me
as I'm meditating on silence.
Life is funny in that wethink we need to talk when the
(01:54):
reality is that it's notabout how much we talk,
it's about the impactwe have when we do talk.
Silence gives us space to chill,
to get creative and findsolutions that just seem to
naturally unfold when we'renot rushing or when we're
(02:15):
not speaking aloud. Everythought when we're quiet,
we can get more in tune withwhat's really true and it becomes
less important to fillthe silence just because.
And it's not about staying silentbecause we're scared of speaking
up. It's more like waiting until it.
(02:38):
Feels right to speak,
going beyond the ego andspeaking from your soul.
And.
That's why I might not have put outa new episode since I don't know
how long it's been, quite afew months, but you know what?
(03:01):
It's totally okay becauseI've been focusing
on being true to myself and
my current self is bringingwhat's under the surface into the
light. And this way when I do share,
it's with genuine.
(03:23):
Resonance.
And.
It's not to ramble.
It's about making surethat when I do speak,
it's because I have something tosay and I don't just want to hear my
own voice. Silence inthis way becomes my guide.
I'm here to tell you that relentlesscontent creation to appease the
(03:46):
algorithm Gods is over. Yes,
it can sometimes showshort-term gains and get you
to go viral if that'sreally what you want.
And yeah, there are many ways to go viral,
but this method often prioritizes
(04:08):
quantity over quality or selling your soul
for.
Popularity.
And if you are.
Really true to your heart and soul,
you don't necessarily wantto go in that direction.
You don't really want to keepup with the ever-changing
(04:32):
algorithms because it really leads to
an audience that grows weary ofoversaturated content, number one,
and burnout number two,and who wants that?
So the challenge is reallyabout feeding the algorithm.
(04:53):
If you even want toconsider the algorithm,
which in today's day and age, everyone should at least,
it's a thought in theback of everyone's mind.
You want to feed itwith meaningful content,
but also content that trulyresonates not just with your
audience, but with you. I mean, youhave to love what you're saying.
(05:17):
You have to love what you're speakingabout, what you're publishing,
and I'm speaking to youfrom direct personal
experience as I do withall of my episodes.
And sometimes you need areminder of who you really are.
This message is for you if you.
(05:37):
Feel isolated, if youfeel like you're an alien,
if you don't fit in, it's okay.
Take a deep breath.
It's okay. You.
Are here to bring the end of duality.
(06:00):
You are here to pave theway for humans who are
here to seek esoteric wisdom.
We live in a world wheredepth is not always readily
available and it's even shunned.
And I am here to show you how to not be
(06:23):
afraid of your superpower
because my superpower is to help you,
to show you that you canreally leave a legacy on
this planet,
on this earth in a way that feelsin alignment with your superpowers.
(06:43):
