Here's the shortcut that helped me grow faster, with way less stress—and how you can apply it to your Facebook and Instagram ads.

It’s about investing in one-on-one consulting to get straight to the fix. That’s the move I made, and it’s the same shortcut I encourage for you.

I walk you through a real client story from my 28-day coaching offer, where she turned $1,100 into $2,400 in course sales while spending just $20/day on ads.

If you’ve got a solid offer but ads still feel like a frustrating puzzle, this episode will give you a clear, step-by-step roadmap to fix that.

Speaker 0 (00:00):
Have you ever said to your kids do as I say, not as I
do.
And if you're not a parent andyou're a super bomb aunt or a
glorious uncle, have you everheard that being said to kids?
This episode we're gonna talkabout the shortcut to quicker
Facebook and Instagram adsuccess, and I'm gonna get there

(00:21):
by sharing with you how Ishortcut to general success in
my business.
First of all, I don't likecourses, and we think you might
think that a course is betterfor you because it comes usually
at a lower price point than, say, individual one-on-one
coaching.
But I'm here to talk about myjourney and the shortcuts that

(00:43):
I've taken, and this is a bigone.
Courses take your personal time, a lot of it, and I don't have
that much time.
I'm a father of two and ahusband of one and between
running this boutique Facebookand Instagram ad studio, I just
don't have a lot of extra time.
And so to watch the videos on acourse and do the homework and

(01:03):
participate inside of thecommunity, what I do is I buy
the courses for my team and Ilet them take the course,
because then that helps mybusiness grow.
For me, I choose to getone-on-one consulting.
I go out there this is theshortcut and I find someone who
is a specialist in the veryproblem that my business needs

(01:27):
to be solved, and then I consultwith them for an hour.
Now I do this as continuingeducation for my Facebook and
Instagram ads management, because I want to continue to
improve as an ads manager, butthen I also do this for other
issues in my business.
I did it last year, I've doneit this year.
Okay, so here are some examples.
You know I had copywriters onthis podcast before, right?

(01:49):
Well, I paid one of themspecifically to make my sales
page better.
If you've heard of the adtesting cheat code, that you use
the same framework that I dofor every client so that you can
lower your lead costs and getthe highest quality lead
possible in your ads then twoyears ago that sales page was
horrible and rather than make itbetter myself, I just paid

(02:09):
somebody to show me how to makeit better, and then they did it
themselves, right?
Same thing for my onboardingemail sequence.
If you're not on my email listyet, well, you wouldn't know,
but the email sequence has gonethrough a huge change.
Now, could I have done thatmyself?
Sure, and gone through, youknow, troubleshooting it, yeah,

(02:30):
but I just paid somebody andthen they gave me a template and
then I customized my emailsequence to their template and
then I paid them again to havethem look at that and you know
what that one investment thenumber escapes me, but this was
in june of 2024.
Let's just go very conservativeand say that I 5x my revenue, or
my investment, within twomonths of implementing that

(02:53):
onboarding email sequence.
There it is, you know, and it'sbecause I bought the template.
I implemented it myself quicklyand then I paid the person who
made the template to redo it forme.
That's the shortcut.
That's how you'll get quickergrowth in your business with
less effort on your part.
Pay people to do stuff for you, consult with them, implement

(03:15):
the changes and then go back andconsult with them a second time
to see how you can improve onthose improvements that you
already made.
It's the unlock.
I've been doing it.
Do as I do, okay, and as I say,if you want and this episode's
not done yet but if you wantthat onboarding email sequence,
the template that I paid for, well, who knows when?

(03:35):
You're listening to this, so Iwon't say what it costs, but
it's quite affordable and it'sin the show note below okay, all
, right now details for myongoing Facebook and Instagram
ads management.
I have consulted so far thisyear with two other Facebook and
Instagram ads managers.

(03:55):
One I paid like right around$700 an hour, so I've paid up to
that point to consult per hour.
And actually in my DMs rightnow I'm talking to a Facebook
and Instagram ads manager.
They have a much largerbusiness than me and they quoted
me $997 an hour and I'm goingto pay it because they can solve

(04:19):
a very unique problem that Ihave.
And so why would I take acourse and try to figure that
out?
No, I'll just go straight tothe source and let them look
into my business, at the problem, and point oh, change this,
change that, change this.
Okay, you want to hearsomething really cool.
Here's a lady who was coachingwith me and here's the update

(04:41):
she gave me.
But she has an online courseand she has a program and she's
in the education space.
She provides homeschool writingsolutions.
So her customer, her client, isthe homeschool mom who wants
their kid to get good at writing.
But maybe the mom isn't so goodat writing herself, and so it's

(05:03):
like how do I get to get goodat writing, but maybe the mom
isn't so good at writing herself, and so it's like how do I get
my kid good at writing if we'rein a homeschool environment and
I don't know how to write?
This lady serves that exactkind of client and when she came
to me it was because she wasrunning ads but they weren't
getting the results she want.
So you know, she hired me forone month of coaching.
That's a 28 day program, threecalls with me.

(05:24):
We look at your funnel, wetweak your funnel, because I've
had lots of experience back inthe day coaching high earning
course creators with theironline funnels to improve them
and Facebook ads, and so wetweaked it.
I gave her advice to improveher funnel step-by-step, and
then also we looked at her ads, because part of this one-on-one

(05:48):
coaching with me it's a monthlong, but I actually look at
your ads and help you set upyour ads the way I would set
them up, and then I help youoptimize, test your ads the way
I test it so that you can getbetter results.
And if you're interested inthat, the link is in the show
notes below.
But here's the update that shehad given me and it just warms

(06:08):
my heart.
She said, and I'm reading mynotes now hey, quajo, thought
you'd appreciate an update.
You helped me so much Of the580 new leads I've collected.
I've sold two programs at ahundred and ninety six dollars
each, and Five people havesigned up for my fall course
waitlist at three hundred andninety six dollars each.

(06:31):
She pre-sold pre-sold 396dollars each to five people.
I didn't expect that.
For those on the waitlist I'vejust been saving their spots for
now.
Still, I've invested a thousandtheir spots.
For now.
Still, I've invested 1,100 inads total and earned $2,400 in
sales.
I'd say ads are officiallyworking.

(06:52):
I'm getting about 15 to 20 newleads a day and I stopped at
just $20 of daily ad spend.
Okay, that's the power ofcoaching with me and I don't
want to toot my own horn.
I've been managing Facebook andInstagram ads for over five
years now.
If you have a funnel in yourbusiness that is already working

(07:14):
, or a course or a programthat's already selling remember
Jesus saves Facebook andInstagram ads, do not.
So using ads to put moreeyeballs on a bad offer or
non-performing offer does not agood business make.
But if you already have thatperforming offer and you maybe
have started dabbling in ads andnot getting the results that

(07:34):
you want, or you have thehigh-performing offer and you
just are waiting to turn on ads.
You can consult with me.
We can get you a successful adscampaign in less than a month
running to your alreadyperforming funnel.
This is the shortcut to quickerFacebook and Instagram ads
success.

(07:59):
On the other side of just thislittle bit of work is more
fulfillment for you, more peoplewho get the transformation that
you are uniquely skilled andgifted to help them with, which
means ripple effect.
Their lives are improving, plusyour family.
If you don't have a family yet, just your bank account is
benefiting.

(08:19):
Take care, be blessed and untilthe next time you see me or
hear from me, well, take careand be blessed.
I said that twice.
Double blessings, bye.
