Anonymous: Hi Dr Cabral! I’m convinced I have lipedema. I haven’t been to the Dr to confirm yet. My torso, arms & legs all feel like I have grainy/pebbly texture beneath the skin. My knees have a weird “fat pad” on the side. I listened to another show where you mentioned lipedema, & I thought you said you have been able to help people reverse it. All of my research says it’s incurable, but can manage it and calm swelling and pain, but the nodular fat will not go away without lipo. My questions are: are you familiar with any other scenario where texture I feel on myself as I described is normal? Or is that pebbly feeling always lipedema? Have you actually seen people get rid of the nodular lipedema fat & heal completely? Or just reduce swelling, pain & normal fat?Diet advice for this condition? Thanks
Anonymous: Dr C! Thank you for all you do! I am a 52 yr old post menopausal female, who is pretty healthy, dove into your supplements and detox about 1 yr now. Recently I had normal labs taken by my MD with the results of my alanine aminotransferase (SGPT), serum slighty elevated from last year (range 10-34, mine was 53, last year it was 35). Negative for hepatitis, not a drinker, cholesterol is good, weigh 110 at 5'2, Ultrasound also showed a healthy liver...could it be certain supplements? Thanks in advance! PS have done the 7 day detox 3x now and will do again in May
Anonymous: Hey Dr Cabral....Love listening to you daily! Question ... how important is taking creatine if you are in menopause? Want to maintain healthy muscles whiles strength training but not really a fan about how I hear it
