My Relationship with Movement Has Changed and Maybe Yours Has Too
In this solo episode, I'm opening up about how my mindset around exercise and movement has shifted; Especially while living with chronic pain, endometriosis, and now spondylolisthesis. For years, movement felt like something I had to do, not something I wanted to do. I used to resent my body for its limitations, but today, I'm learning to move from a place of compassion, flexibility, and gratitude.
I'm also training for a 5K—yes, with chronic illness—and I'm sharing what that process is teaching me about resilience and pacing. Whether you're in a season of rest or ready to reconnect with movement, this one's for you.
