Sarah Hiltz is a songwriter living and working in Toronto, Ontario, Canada who has spent the last several years learning about the ways we experience, express and repress anger as humans, and writing an album of songs about it called Calm Fury (March 2022). The Fury Pod explores these themes through conversations that centre around the way that anger intersects with our creativity, our communication, our spirituality and our overall growth.
