On today’s episode of “Harder to Breathe'', host and founding drummer of “Maroon 5” Ryan Dusick is joined by co-host and actor Brian “Duck” Maillard for a respectful debate with the “Anti-Therapist, Therapist” Diana Mandell.

Diana’s personal experiences in life have led her into interaction after interaction with poor therapists. She feels that, as a general note, the majority of therapists out there are doing either “nothing” for their clients, or worse… having a negative impact on their clients’ lives in some way.

After Diana’s own life hit rock bottom– losing her business, relationship, friends, home, and more– she decided the only way to move forward was to become her own therapist. Her method proved a success, as she was able to not only dig herself out of the hole, but grow an entire career as a coach on the other side of it.

But, as we’ve come to expect on the “Harder to Breathe” Podcast, Ryan and Duck always come prepared with their own distinct points of view. Ryan, as a therapist himself, has personally experienced a selection of really fantastic therapists in his life– many of which are eager to utilize progressive methods and improve their practice for their clients. These differing points of view make for a really great, respectful debate between the “Anti-Therapist”, a Therapist, and Duck, who serves as the much needed voice of the audience.
