Fear. It’s the biggest thing holding you back.

Every goal you have is on the other side of your comfort zone.

But most people hit the edge… and retreat.

Why? Because fear takes over.

Fear isn’t just a feeling.

It’s a pattern.

Your brain starts making up worst-case scenarios that aren’t even real.

And that’s what stops you from taking action.

Today, I’m going to give you a simple exercise that will help you break through fear.

It’s called the Fear Journal.

This will show you how much your brain lies to you and why you can’t trust the stories it tells you when fear kicks in.

Because the truth is every big decision in life comes with uncertainty.

Whether it’s growing your business, making an investment, or moving across the country… there are no guarantees.

But if you let fear control you, you’ll stay stuck.

Your future success depends on one thing: courage.

Not certainty.

Not comfort.

Just the ability to take action despite the fear.

Most people never reach their potential because they wait for fear to disappear.

It won’t. The only way through it… is to move anyway.

Listen to this episode and start applying this today.

Your success depends on it.
