Shifting to a framework-focused business will set you free. This is one of those things that once you see it, you can't unsee it and you'll wonder how you have gone this long without realizing it!
This has been a huge a-ha moment for me and my clients, and I find myself linking my multi-million dollar clients to this training all the time! It comes up week after week, and I knew I needed to share it with you here.
So much of the burnout, resentment, and growing pains that people experience as course creators, coaches and CEOs is because they don't make this shift sooner. They aren't even aware of the shift and how their marketing is creating more of this "problem".
A few years ago, I shifted into a business model that puts the focus on my frameworks, processes, resources and IP - rather than my time, energy, attention or personality.
It's all about leading with your process, your method, the outcome of what you teach and using that as the cornerstone of your marketing, rather than how much access, time, or attention they get from YOU yourself as an individual.
