From striking up a conversation with a fellow cheer mum (who’s now my competition-day buddy) to pitching my own thesis project at uni when everyone else just followed the crowd, none of that magic would’ve happened if I’d waited to be polished and perfect. I just said the thing. Even if it came out clunky or weird.
