If you have been following me for a while, then you know that I believe that the blood type diet is the only diet we should be following because it’s 4+ diets in one, tailored to our biological makeup on the cellular level. Pretty much every other diet was created based on the blood type diet because of how it made people feel. They felt good for a reason, which could be because their cells were happy. But if you’ve tried a few diets like I have, you know that not all diets are for you. And that is proven scientifically thanks to lectins. You may have heard of eating a lectin-free diet. Well, I in this episode I explain to you what the basis of that diet is.
