I hope that you found enjoyment during this past 2024 holiday season, whether it was spending time with family or experiencing the holiday cheer either out or in. I always enjoy this time of year because the vibe is so amazing.  Everyone seems to be happy and warm.

Plus my birthday is on Christmas!

Now, it’s highly possible that you ate food that went against your blood type during this holiday season. That’s almost a given, because so did I.

All the different choices of meats and veggies and starches and pasta and drinks and desserts. It was all laid out asking you to eat it. And likely there were some family members asking you to eat it too.

“Did you taste my ham?” (…which is pork, bad for all Blood Types)

“I saved you a plate of banana bread.” (…full of bananas, bad for Type A and AB)

“Make sure you try my sweet potato pie.” (…which is not gluten-free, bad for Type O and B)

The holidays is just a mixed bag of food. It’s hit or miss when you are trying to be conscious of your health. That’s why I always remember to take my Deflect supplement before I start eating.
