After being given a timeline on his life due to health, Adam set out to find the answers and after a year of being plant-based his tumor shrunk and his heart disease went away. Now they are both plant-based advocates as are their two children. Adam & Shoshana are Wellness Experts, public speakers, authors and nutrition, fitness & endurance sports coaches with over 35 years of experience.
