Sarah John looked at the Cheyenne community and saw a need for a bookstore. It was a time when the big name bookstore in town had closed, and so had a few locally owned bookstores, and there was certainly a need for one. So she took a break from nursing to open Bonsai Books. Shortly afterward, that big name bookstore returned to town, but Sarah's Bonsai Books remained profitable and successful, even in the face of competition. But even though her business is successful and profitable, she's decided it's time to step away from it. Tom sits down with Sarah in this episode to find out why she's closing down a business that's turning a profit. The answer is astoundingly simple.
