This week, I’m sharing a short clip from a recent weekend of my flagship programme Clarity Certification Training, where I answered an interesting question:
“How can coaches better understand what truly motivates their potential clients?”
It’s such an important question – because they’re focusing on what the coach finds valuable themselves… rather than what really matters to the people they’re hoping to help.
I start my answer by sharing one of my favourite metaphors (from my friend Dean Jackson) that brings this to life in a really simple way.
You’ll hear us explore what your clients are really looking for, what they’re trying to avoid – and how to take both into account when you’re designing your offer.
If you’ve ever had a potential client back away – and you weren’t quite sure why – you might find this especially helpful.
Big love,
Jamie
