ABOUT TODAY'S GUEST: In addition to being Executive Managing Director at Lee & Associates NYC, Greg Tannor is also the Co-Founder of FlowerHouse NY. 

Greg comes to Lee & Associates from Cushman & Wakefield. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, industrial warehouse leasing and office leasing. Mr. Tannor secured the leasing for 860 Washington Street in the Meatpacking District of New York – a new 117,000 SQ FT development in the heart of the Meatpacking District. In one of his most notable deals, Mr. Tannor secured the lease between ownership and Tesla for their new global flagship location. Greg has also represented key brands including Elie Saab, JC Penny, SoulCycle, and Primark in their 100,000 SQ FT transaction at the American Dream Project. More recently, Mr. Tannor has become extremely active in the Cannabis Industry. Not only as a broker securing locations throughout the State for both cultivation and retail dispensaries, but also as an owner of a Cannabis company that he established with three other partners. Knowing the industry inside and out helps Mr. Tannor with the expertise in the Cannabis Industry as it relates to the importance of real estate.
