ABOUT TODAY'S GUEST: During his 17+ year career as a commercial real estate broker MONA chief executive officer and founder Brandon L. Singer has negotiated lease transactions with an aggregate value totaling well over $3 billion. In September of 2020, Singer launched MONA, a forward-thinking retail brokerage firm that guides tenants and landlords through the increasingly disrupted retail and commercial real estate landscape. All three deals were nominated for REBNY’s prestigious Retail Deal of the Year award. Singer also negotiated flagship leases for clients Ben Soleimani Furniture, Showfields, Padel Haus, and many others.
