Elizabeth Stout's "Trigger Therapy" podcast is born out of her personal experience as a survivor of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, on February 14, 2018. With a mission to empower survivors and spark meaningful conversations, this podcast addresses the issue of gun violence and other traumatic events in a fresh and authentic way. This podcast is not intended to provide therapy or professional counseling services.
