Tara Allendorfer and I talk about her journey from being an undergraduate student at Northwood University to completing a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Michigan-Flint and how this education set her up for success in her current career. We explore some of the highs and lows and things she learned along the way that helped her to find success.
