to mention this. Doctor Reynolds just sent a text message.
Here just a second, Agoe gonna help me out? Uh
Doctor Reynolds just said, and tell Anna, I now know
(00:22):
what's wait, go ahead, I now know what a sagan is.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
Oh yes, okay. I thought he was gonna comment on
my missing tooth.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
No, you said he's a dentist, he said, he said,
who knew learning something new every single day?
Speaker 2 (00:35):
Okay, what's happy to help? I literally just.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
Talked about it does refreshment memory. I don't eat things
with a central nerves.
Speaker 4 (00:43):
Yeah, so there you go. Anna. Also, you do have
a tooth, and you're going.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
To get some tooth a lot of teeth issues.
Speaker 4 (00:50):
It's funny. I look at your mouth and your smile.
Are those real? Are fake?
Speaker 2 (00:53):
They're real?
Speaker 3 (00:53):
But I would love fake ones. If any endorsers want
to slide to.
Speaker 4 (00:57):
Do it, why should you? Why would you want? Your
teeth are fantastic.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
I've never loved them.
Speaker 3 (01:03):
I've had issues with my teeth my entire life, and
I would love listeners to make me feel better about
my teeth because I go to the dentist. I sure
enough every time I have cavities. I just went to
the dentist on I think it was last week, found
out that I had four cavities. And I looked at
(01:25):
the dentist like, I don't know what's going on, and
she's like, well, what do you do? Like what do
you do to take care of your teeth? I'm like,
I brush, I floss, I do what I think I'm
supposed to do. But I always have cavities. I have
cavities where I used to have cavities, so I have
cavities on cavities, if that makes sense. Like I had
an old cavity from two years ago, and she said,
there's another cavity there. I'm like, how does that even happen?
Speaker 4 (01:47):
How often you brush?
Speaker 2 (01:49):
Brought? See this is what they probably think too.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
I'm just wondering.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
I'm brushing three times a.
Speaker 4 (01:55):
Day, okay, so you're doing after each meal?
Speaker 2 (01:58):
Possible to brush too much?
Speaker 3 (01:59):
She was like, maybe you should wait a little longer
after you eat because I don't like taste in my mouth,
so I'll brush right away after I eat.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
It's like, you should wait a couple of minutes.
Speaker 1 (02:08):
You're gonna be mad at me for saying this. You know,
I have not had a cavity since I was like
maybe seven or seventeen.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
I don't know. I don't even remember when as a teenager.
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
I don't get cavities, I guess. But I think it's genetics.
I think it's something that has something to do with Yeah,
I think it has to do with something like that.
Speaker 3 (02:27):
I lost it about it, and I was like, can
somebody help me understand what I'm doing wrong? And I
heard things like genetics. I heard if you have gurd
which is like an acid reflex thing that I have,
that could affect it.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
So I'm just hoping it's that.
Speaker 3 (02:41):
But my poor dentists, like they must think that I
don't do anything.
Speaker 4 (02:45):
Wow, Grace, what's up?
Speaker 5 (02:47):
Hi? Hi everybody? First time, long time.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
I just want to say, Anna.
Speaker 5 (02:56):
Do not feel bad about having like dental ish and stuff.
Speaker 6 (03:00):
Growing up.
Speaker 5 (03:01):
I have had the worst teeth.
Speaker 6 (03:03):
I had a bunch of like breathing treatments when I
was a child, ruined all of.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
My baby teeth.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
I had my adult teeth capped. I'm still dealing with issues.
I have my tink they crack all the time.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
I'm constantly trying to.
Speaker 7 (03:15):
Deal with that kind of stuff.
Speaker 3 (03:16):
And I have major dental anxiety, like going to the dentist.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
So it's just it's just bad all around. Are you
getting the laughing gas every time you go in?
Speaker 5 (03:26):
I want to.
Speaker 6 (03:27):
I'm actually looking into so I'm from Canada and we actually.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
Have dentists over here.
Speaker 7 (03:31):
They'll kind of like half sedate you almost this kind
of like an idy thing, so they'll kind of like
knock you out without knocking you out.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
Yeah that's amazing.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
Yeah, you know what, there truly is an anxiety to
go into the dentist. It becomes an issue, you know,
But for the fact that every time she goes she
has a cavity, and if she's doing all this stuff,
she may need to you may need to pull them
all out.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
What's up, Amanda High? I?
Speaker 6 (04:01):
So I feel like I take pretty good care of
my teeth. I go to the dentist like every six months,
like clockwork. And there was a period of time where
I was like, I really want to start fully taking
care of them, and so I was brushing them like
two to three times a day and flossing two to
three times a day. I went to the dentist, I
had six freaking baby.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
What does the dentist look at you like when they
tell you that?
Speaker 6 (04:26):
Well, and I had just switched dentists too, so I'm like,
oh my god, these people probably think, like I don't
take care of my teeth, and I was like, no,
I actually have been taking insanely good care of them
so ever since then, like, I don't floss like as
much as I was during that time period. And if
people think I'm gross, I don't care. You can pay
my dentist bill then, But like I haven't had a cavity.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Though, struggle.
Speaker 4 (04:48):
Wait, so you stopped flossing and it helped.
Speaker 6 (04:52):
Yeah, Like I still flost like once a day, but
I during that time, I was doing it like two
to three times a day, you know, like after every meal.
And I think a lot of it is to do
with like like you guys are saying genetics and like
your saliva and like some people are more prone to
cavities than others. But yeah, I stopped like overly taking
(05:13):
care of them, and I haven't had ay.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
I also wonder if there's something to do Uh, you know,
there's like there's like a biological thing because I had
a friend of mine, a female friend of mine, that
used to tell me that. And I know, I'm not
weird asking you what kind of periods you have, but
she had really heavy periods and the doctor told her
there was something to do with her menstrual cycles and
stuff like that, her teeth and her teeth, and I
(05:37):
never understood it, but they that's what they said.
Speaker 4 (05:39):
What's up, Holly?
Speaker 7 (05:39):
I Hi, guys, good morning.
Speaker 6 (05:44):
So I been to this new dentist and he's amazing, but.
Speaker 7 (05:49):
He told me about this toothpaste.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
It's called Squiggle s q u.
Speaker 6 (05:54):
I g l e en Animal's saber and he almost
like guarantees you will not have cavities if you use this.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
WHOA, I'm going on Amazon right now?
Speaker 4 (06:06):
Are you wait?
Speaker 1 (06:07):
Hold on a second, it is Are you an Instagram influencer.
You're trying to say sell me something, aren't you? And
if I say the name Holly, do I get a discount?
Speaker 6 (06:16):
No?
Speaker 4 (06:17):
Because I'm not even I bear your Facebook. I feel
like you're shanning me right now. You're doing a Shannon right.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Now, and for the small price of cupcake Shannon, I'm
going to get myself a deal.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
What's up, Claiar? Hi?
Speaker 5 (06:30):
Hey, hey guys, So I have something weird with my teeth,
Like they noticed this when I was younger. I have
these little like minile school minuituel holes in my molars,
and like that's why I was getting so many cavities.
Speaker 4 (06:41):
You get Holy Mollies.
Speaker 3 (06:46):
Didn't fill them.
Speaker 5 (06:48):
They fill them, and then I don't get cavities anymore,
and then eventually like we'll rub off and then I
have to get it refilled again.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
Wow, that's wild. So yeah that I buy. My teeth
are definitely food receptor. I mean, like I look like
a salad shooter with h with my teeth if I
eat anything like Kevin all the time looks at me
after I eat like egg white bites in the morning.
Speaker 4 (07:10):
You up, what's up? Taylor High?
Speaker 3 (07:13):
Hi?
Speaker 7 (07:14):
Okay, I'm actually a dentist.
Speaker 4 (07:16):
Oh good, we got a professor. What's up?
Speaker 7 (07:18):
Yes, it's not. It's actually not good to brush your
teeth after you eat because you can't know about like
pH you know, acid base like stuff like that. Basically,
your pH levels of your teeth are dropping right after
you eat, and they need time to get back up
to neutral. If you're brushing on teeth that are very
like sensitive, you're gonna cause more cavite.
Speaker 4 (07:41):
Doctor uh a little bit.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
What do you suggest as far as toothpaste is concerned.
Is there a specific one that you recommend?
Speaker 2 (07:50):
No, they're all.
Speaker 7 (07:50):
It's all the same, it really is. It's more about
how often you're eating Like you can eat sugar. I mean,
I didn't say that, but you can.
Speaker 6 (07:58):
But it's all about how all.
Speaker 5 (08:00):
You're eating it.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
So I drink a lot of bottle water, and I
heard somebody tell me that the opposite of drinking you know,
water with fluoride and stuff, that sometimes if you drink
a lot of bottle water that it actually does help
your teeth more than drinking tap water.
Speaker 4 (08:14):
Is there any truth?
Speaker 7 (08:16):
I mean, good for you, So I don't mind you
because I live in a floridated community.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
You know, I get it, but I get it's good
for you. But some people say that. One of the
reasons why some people do get it, though, is you
fluoride yourself too much.
Speaker 4 (08:30):
Though you don't think that there's a chance.
Speaker 7 (08:33):
It's really hard to do that though really I don't.
It's hard to pass that level of like overdoing it? Okay,
well right away, Why.
Speaker 1 (08:43):
Is it that I'm more perfect than Anna? I haven't
had a cavity since I was literally single.
Speaker 7 (08:48):
Digits, and that's why it's the mojo in the morning.
Speaker 4 (08:51):
Yeah, where's your office at? Where are you at? Doctor Taylor?
Speaker 6 (08:57):
Uh?
Speaker 7 (08:57):
To be honest, I actually just passed boards, so I've
not worked can yet.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
But well, to see you soon. Congratulations, congratulations. Did you
did you go to Did you go to uf D?
Speaker 5 (09:10):

Speaker 1 (09:10):
