Make It Happen: Disconnect to Connect (Bye Instagram!)

In order to connect we have to disconnect. That's exactly what I did on Instagram. And it's not a hiatus, y'all. I basically said, "Bye Instagram!" much like Ken Todd of RHOB said, "Bye, Kyle!" #NeverForget

In this podcast episode, I share the realizations that led to my decision to disconnect to connect. Perhaps this podcast episode will inspire you to disconnect from something or someone that is hindering you from true inner connection and being present with loved ones. I know that disconnecting from Instagram has set me free. Free from the need to be "liked" and from the obsessive status checks and scrolling. I am more connected to myself, my son, my friends, and family, and even have found more time to focus on what I love to do - create and write.
