《香港人自由講》今集聚焦最近備受海外港人關注的中國駐英國大使館的搬遷計劃及其引發的爭議。中國政府於2018年以2.55億英鎊購買位於倫敦塔橋（Tower Bridge）附近的前皇家鑄幣廠土地，計劃改建新的「超級大使館」。
然而，隨著香港受打壓和中國強大的監控體制而引發關注，不少在英港人及當地居民對此表示反對，擔心該地點影響倫敦的交通、安全及隱私。
2024年工黨政府上台後，擬為中國「超級大使館」開綠燈。同時間，最近政府將伊朗及俄羅斯列入「外國代理人登記制度」（FIRS）最高的「增強級別」（Enhanced tier），卻對中國「網開一面」，不將其列為英國國家安全的最逼切威脅。不少移英港人計劃於2月8日舉行抗議活動，以向政府施壓，要求重新考慮此項決策。
