「職場霸凌該怎麼處理呢？ 特別是在小公司，沒有任何HR，沒有任何第三方可介入的情況下？
幾年前與幾位興趣相投的人一起創業，當中因為我屬於技術出身，而且年紀較輕，所以出來擔任執行管理層，後續由於投資人的資金導入，合夥人請了資深的傳產方面的管理人（簡稱為傳產伯伯）加入團隊，之後開始產生了很多問題，例如團隊因為是新創，人少，業務量大，但傳產伯伯的管理方式似乎是習慣給不清楚的指示，或是前後矛盾的指示，特別是違背了會議記錄，或是請律師擬定合約後，他又反悔，最糟糕的是他會在會議中習慣性的拍桌子罵人。
一開始傳產伯伯說會以他40年的資歷來指導我們，所以我也一直在等待他實現諾言，想著等他發洩完情緒後 ，會有任何建設性的指導，我等了超過半年，但我沒有等到。經歷了這些，我跟合夥人提這是職場霸凌，合夥人說哪家大公司老闆不是這樣？ 合夥人提了台積電、NVIDIA，資深工程師一樣挨罵好幾個小時。
因為無法再忍受，我忍痛放棄了自己創立的公司，尤其是在看到新聞，技術長堤離職後所發生的事，還好事情沒發展到那一步，至少活著走出董事會會議了，拍拍手。」
