At mid-life I found myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and craving a lot of sugar.  I had to find another way, this wasn’t the way I wanted to live; this wasn’t living at all!   After years of unknown symptoms and debilitating exhaustion, I learned how to break free from candida overgrowth and restore my energy.   One of the greatest gifts in my journey was to find other women who felt alienated, ashamed, and exhausted too.  Women who understood.  Otherwise, it seemed to me like everyone around me always had it all together.  NOT ME!  I felt like was losing my sh*t all over the place.    Through the healing process, I learned I wasn't looking for another diet, the problem wasn’t that I was broken, and the solution was right under my nose.  I learned that my symptoms and emotions, are invitations to truly, once and for all, feel good in the skin I'm in.   ​It’s not about going back to the way you used to be.  It’s about finding a whole new way to be the grown woman you are here to be.
