Today we interview Gail Swift

“Success is the freedom to be yourself”- Kathy Kolbe

Gail Swift is fiercely committed to guiding students to achieve the confidence to take action, certainty in their natural abilities, and clarity in their contribution.

So they can have their dream life, their way.

If you could benefit from a proven professional who can guide you to address how your child solves problems, the questions to motivate them, and their ideal career you’ve come to the right place!

With more than a dozen years of experience working with amazing clients with similar worries and concerns and guiding them to achieve remarkable success, her company Plans to Prosper’s mission is to ensure college-bound students know their ideal major.

Gail Swift’s path to becoming a speaker/advocate for youth became clear when she was 15. Putting effort into being something you're not and working against the way you were born to work is stressful, she would know because she experienced the pain when she was 15! The Pattern for taking action was not around when she was a teen, but it is now and she wants to shout it from the rooftops!

Clients say remarkable things about the impact Gail’s work has had on their life such as, Brittany a 15-year-old with anxiety who believed that she was “not normal” when in fact, the way she worked was normal for her and she worked on communicating that to others, and Jordan, who worked with Gail after Freshman year in college to make sure that he was on his perfect track and he was! Lastly, Taylor, who Gail worked with in high school and again as a Senior to make sure she was specific with her electives and wanted internships in the zip code she lived in.

What really excites Gail Swift about her work is knowing that every single student is created with a pattern of taking action that does not change over time. That pattern predicts their Path which leads to their purpose.

What sets her apart from others is her unwavering passion to teach every youth how they naturally solve problems.

You can feel confident engaging Gail Swift to guide you on the path to knowing how you solve your problems and create solutions. Over the years, her expertise has been honored by being invited to be in the first group of Kolbe Youth Advocates in the world, appearances on Podcasts, delighting audiences in faith, business, real estate, and education with her insights, inspiration, and stories.

Five unique things about Gail that might surprise you include: she was born in Central America, Illinois,  she played tennis for two years in high school and college, she was a foreign exchange student in Sao Paulo Brazil at 15 years of age and the first time through she flunked out of Kolbe certification and had to work 6 more months, read 10 books, research papers and conduct 20 Kolbe Interpretations!

Bob Saget's Here For You

BOB SAGET’S HERE FOR YOU is a podcast that is like no other— For one, this podcast has guests who are friends of Bob’s, or just really interesting people who many of you know and love. Secondly, this podcast is unique because it goes inside Bob Saget’s mind, and then quickly filters out through his mouth. Bob has a way of calming people he has conversations with as well as being entertaining and often informative. Bob talks with his guests with genuine empathy and humor, while reaching his unusually diverse audience that he talks to as a friend, Bob is the dad with great advice, the irreverent funny guy who’s always there when you need a laugh, and the free-associative Bob who goes off on crazy tangents then returns to the subject at hand, as serious or as comedic as it may be, to wrap up each episode in a way only Bob can do. Because he really does believe, “He’s here for you."
