(00:20):
caused the most debate. It earned the title of the
most voted category by Australians in these awards and the
Northern Territories. Ben's bake House in Darwin was the best.
Now the owner Susannah joins me on the line right now.

our sausage rolls, so they're the go to even for
breakfast too.

Would say the plane, but chili is up there. To Darwin,
we love our spice.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
Yeah, isn't it interesting Territorians do seem to love, you know,
like love their their spicy foods. Maybe not like other
places in the nation. I wonder if we do like
our spice more than others.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
I think so because with the Laxa Festival, our lux
of pies are super super popular and they've been in
demand all year round, but we're only saving it for
the luxA Festival.

it a special recipe fear sausage rolls?

think it's made with love. Yeah, I love efforts being
put in. It's handmade and all the it's freshly baked
every day. You know, it's not so good, so using
