When the governor announced new liquor rules, Anthony launched a unique business in the age of no-cotact, no eat-in dining, no drink-in bars. Despite the odds, he created one of the most successful businesses during the pandemic, his story is inspiration on adapting, moving forward, and breaking new ground when others are paralyzed with fear.
