It's quite the cycle. Isn't it?

The more you move the better you feel.

But anxiety and depression stand in the way.


It's overwhelming to think of anything different.

Like goal setting or even what tomorrow might look like.

Because right now, you are completely in survival mode.


Yet you KNOW as soon as you make a change.

Everything changes, and your life falls into place.

It's even better than you can imagine.

You just need to start somewhere.


Now, you are asking yourself,

How can I be ready, when I feel so empty?


You know that action is better than non-action.

And, the longer you stay in in-action,

The bigger the valley you need to climb out of,

The bigger the valley, the more you have to believe.

Believe in timing, alignment, and a greater purpose,

all of which seem impossible while you are in survival mode.


This is why you know something needs to change.

I get it. I so get it.

It's more than going through the motions,

It is more than feeling up to it

It's meeting yourself where you are

with Radical Acceptance, Love, and Understanding.

Stretch Rather Than Chase

Reject Scarcity and Excess


Once you start stretching your current resources, you’ll realize that there are unnecessary things in your life that are causing you to think that you don’t have enough. You can rid yourself of physical clutter, and that can oftentimes clear your mental and emotional clutter.


Today, I want to challenge you to approach your life with the perspective of abundance and begin stretching your resources. I want you to find a starting place and do it. Maybe your starting place involves getting rid of clutter in your home so that you can better utilize your living space, or maybe you need to take a hard look at how you use your time so that you can do more fulfilling things with it.



Now is the time for you to stretch rather than chase. I believe that if people adopt this mentality of doing more with what they have rather than chasing new things, they can drastically improve themselves and society. People would be satisfied with what they have rather than think that they need more.



Friends, you can do this!

You can approach your life with the mentality that you do have enough.

You can live in a state of flow,
