Find a comfortable seatedposition, close your eyes softly
and take a few deep breaths tosettle into this moment.
Begin by bringing yourattention to the sensation of

your breath as it flows in andout of your body.
Notice the gentle rhythm ofyour breath, allowing yourself
to fully connect with thepresent moment as you continue

to breathe.
I invite you to reflect on thethird noble truth, the noble
truth of the cessation ofsuffering, nirodha.
This truth teaches us thatthere is a way to end suffering.
Take a moment to cultivate asense of peace and ease within

Allow yourself to imagine whatit would feel like to be
completely free from suffering,both physical and mental.
With each inhale, breathe in thepossibility of freedom from

suffering.
With each exhale, release anyresidual tension or discomfort,
allowing yourself to relax intothe present moment.
Take a few moments to sit insilence and in stillness,

allowing yourself to fullyimmerse in the experience of
freedom from suffering.
Notice any thoughts or emotionsthat arise and observe them
with a sense of spaciousness andopenness.
The cessation of suffering isnot something to be attained in

the future, but it is availableto us in the present moment by
cultivating mindfulness andletting go of clinging, we can
experience true peace andliberation.
We can experience true peaceand liberation.
As we conclude this meditation,take a moment to express

gratitude for the opportunity toexperience freedom from
