Find a comfortable seatedposition, close your eyes softly
and take a few deep breaths tosettle into the moment.
Begin by bringing yourattention to the sensation of

Notice the gentle rise and fallof your chest with each breath,
allowing yourself to fullyconnect with the present moment,

This truth teaches us thatthere is a path we can follow to
attain liberation.
Take a moment to cultivate asense of clarity and insight

With each inhale, breathe in thequalities of the Noble

With each exhale, let go of anyobstacles or hindrances on the
