I first came across Eileen's work in early 2021 and was fascinated by the idea of our electric body's. I bought and read Electric Body Electric Health which was published early this year and thought wouldn't it be wonderful if Eileen could be my guest and sure enough she accepted my invitation!
In this episode, Eileen explains how if left unresolved our emotions get stuck in the energetic body leading to all sorts of blockages.
