Just call me a kit-kat cause I'm taking a break, join me in this week's episode where i close up season 1 of Adam Has A Podcast!
"Just do it" is a powerful affirmation that can provide a boost of motivation allowing you to do great things but with great power comes great responsibility. To an easily impressionable individual the phrase "just do it" becomes a dangerous instigator of chaos and doom. Join me in this episode where I discuss the complicated reality of "just doing it".
For a "comedy podcast" I haven't really done much comedy on here so this week I thought I'd change that by dusting off an old joke and then breaking down the routine. The joke I tell is one of the first few jokes that I had written with a structure in mind. When I went to record this I tried to find the original copy and notes but I realized I had lost them! And although I've said this one enough times to have it memorized, pulling...
F is for friends who do stuff together
U is for you and me
N is for anywhere and anytime at all
Down here in the deep blue sea!
-No but really, did you know that fun has a numerical scale? I didn't, not until I came across this article here. It is kind of funny to me that in the article itself the author mentions how even he too had no idea of the existence of a "fun scale" until someone told him about it. That is how things spread...
Editing is agitating so I tried to do this one with as few cuts as possible but trying to do it in as few cuts as possible added a pressure that built into agitation the longer the take got, this helped me realize efforts to avoid agitation often times will bring agitation directly to you rather than providing relief. The best way to alleviate agitation is to pull it out by the roots so join me in this episode as I tend to my garde...

It's October and that means Halloween! Each episode in the month of October is going to have some kind of Halloween theme to it. This week is witches! Specifically the Salem Witch Trials. I drank a witches brew (thc infused lemonade) as an attempt to spur some creativity and inspiration to write this and man...that was a bad idea but a bad idea that helped give me insight into the craziness that the people of Salem village unknowin...
What if the song Radioactive by Imagine Dragons was actually in some way, some how, radioactive? Like, if the cords and progressions themselves moved in such a way that the sound itself was a radioactive isotope representative of the conglomeration of the minds of it's creators and contributors? What if how "radioactive" a song is, is what makes it popular or...radio active ;P
Join me in this weeks episode where I take a radical a...
I really pulled this one out of my...hey wait a minute I used that joke already... I can't pull that one twice so I'll push ahead, I guess that really shows to go ya, from thermodynamics to taoist ideologies that with every push there must be a pull.
Hopefully that was enough to pull you in as a listener

Have you ever been walking through the grocery store and a song comes on that triggers a spur of memories that instantly transports you through time? Personally I think they collect some kind of data off of us every time we walk into the store, data that they then use to compile the perfect playlists, sales, and product lists for their customers. But when the Daredevil song came on I forgot all about the data dystopia in which we l...
Paradigm is probably the easiest word to rhythm but I don't think I'll do that this time. This is a description so I should probably provide an inscription of this week's rendition. In this episode I debate whether or not to live life in zombie mode, an inside edition of my current mental health condition. When you have pattern recognition such as mine, you can't help but rhyme from time to time, but did you know th...
This one was actually a surprise, I went into it thinking it was going to be something else and then I ended up pulling this one out of my....I actually thought the poop bits lasted longer than normal while I was grunting this one out so I examined it over after the fact and yep, they're littered all over the place. I could've easily squeezed out a skateboarding joke or parable but nope, mostly poop jokes...who am I kidding...

This is what a typical night in Hawthorne CA sounds like, minus as the oontz-oontz music that has been blasting through the neighborhood for the last week or so, who am I kidding they're always oontz-ooting out there, this is more of an example of what they call "silence" when you live in a city.
Dude I remeber back in like middle school starting a paragraph with a definition as the hook was the illiest writing maneuver you could pull, now that I've grown up I see that people have stopped defining words for us :( we have to do it ourselves now that we have tools like google but usually we just let spell check do it fo...
