🏍️ ¿Qué es Widow Sons?
Widow Sons es una organización paramasónica internacional de motociclistas integrada exclusivamente por maestros masones. Su misión es:
Apoyar a viudas e hijos de hermanos masones fallecidos.
Realizar actividades filantrópicas como recaudación de fondos y apoyo a comunidades vulnerables.
Fortalecer los lazos fraternales a través de la hermandad y la conducción en moto.
Fundación:
Fundado en 1998 en EE. UU.
Llegó a México en 2011.
Actualmente, México es el país con más miembros fuera de EE. UU., con más de 1,000 integrantes y 15 países representados en Latinoamérica.
📍 Evento Nacional 2025 en Ciudad Juárez
El evento central fue la Junta Nacional 2025 celebrada en Ciudad Juárez con más de 380 asistentes, incluyendo invitados de:
Colombia
Canadá
EE. UU. (Arizona, California, Nuevo México)
Europa (en eventos pasados: Bulgaria, Eslovenia, Croacia, Grecia, etc.)
Actividades del evento:
Ceremonias privadas como la “enchalecada” (recepción de nuevos miembros).
Junta directiva entre presidentes de capítulos.
Homenajes a los caídos.
Eventos sociales y de convivencia.
🤝 Labor Social y Apoyo a Viudas
Uno de los aspectos más conmovedores del grupo es su compromiso con las familias de los hermanos fallecidos:
Apoyo educativo a hijos: colegiaturas, útiles escolares y manutención.
Inclusión de viudas en eventos y viajes, con todos los gastos cubiertos.
El grupo garantiza que las familias mantengan su calidad de vida y permanezcan dentro de la comunidad Widow Sons.
🛡️ Fraternidad y Significado
Widow Sons se describe como una fraternidad dentro de la fraternidad, donde el vínculo entre los motociclistas se fortalece a través de la confianza y las experiencias compartidas en la carretera. Este lazo profundo se basa en el principio de proteger y ser protegido por los hermanos durante los viajes.
